Too dim
Good quality clock. When it gets dark the clock dims which is a good feature for during the night. However when it’s getting lighter it is hard to read and doesn’t come bright again until there is a lot of light in the room.

lovely but so noisey- but fixed!
the clock arrived and looked lovely.
HOWEVER for a company as esteemed as BRAUN the material felt is cheep and the clock was noisey it’s the loudest clock I’d ever heard.
Braun contacted me almost immediately after my bad review. They had the clock returned to them free of chart and sent me a new clock (a quiet one), back almost immediately.

Very quick help from the Braun Technical Team
Bought a new model digital alarm clock but it had no instructions and couldn’t find anything online or the official Braun manual page ( just not updated I guess ). Contacted Braun and in just under ten hours I had a reply with a link to instructions and assurance the main website would be updated. Quick precise and did what I asked. The clock is fantastic design and the usual high quality.

Compact with a handy illuminated display
I bought a second digital travel clock because I like their small size and night light when you touch the snooze bar which means I don’t have to turn the light on to see the time in the early hours.
