A very happy customer...
I was really impressed with the price first of all. My fencing panels were not at the expensive end and they look really robust, well made and really decent quality, especially considering the price. They arrived as and when indicated and the delivery guy was a really helpful chap. When I need to, I am definitely a returning customer.

Incorrect stated delivery dates on the…
Incorrect stated delivery dates on the company web site. Placed an order for some block pavers with a 7 day delivery.
Was then contacted 2 days later to be told it would be over a month for the blocks to be back in stock. Would expect a company of that size to be far more organised. Went back to Jewsons and received first rate services.

Sadly with seasonal demand on paving and landscaping supplies some stock delays can be expected however we do rely on our suppliers to keep us updated in a more timely manner to prevent disappointment to our customers. Sold me a welder ... took payment through PayPal. 3days later after me chasing the order I was told the welder was out of stock. Payment refunded to PayPal and now I have to wait for PayPal to release it .
