Great customer service! I dealt with Adam from the Worcester branch throughout my purchasing and his customer service has truly been excellent! I purchased a new build with a Symphony kitchen….i initially went to the more well known brands to find a kitchen island that matched however after a little research I found that Bradfords supplied symphony. Adam came to our home, measured up and gave a fantastic professional advice regarding colours, worktop, draw and draw interiors etc….the island is in and we could not be more pleased with it! It is the main feature of the family home and we are so pleased. Adam’s advice particularly at a time when we were overwhelmed with decisions was so welcome! Adam kept us updated and accommodated a last minute change with delivery so kindly and professionally. Bradfords and Adam from the Worcester branch in particular are highly recommended for great customer service.

Arrived but driver wasn't sure it could be unloaded where I preferred. After checking the ground, he managed to get it all in. Very happy and Bradford's delivery guys are always excellent.

Bradford’s have a great choice and great prices. I’m doing a large fencing job and Amy contacted me to make sure my order quantities were correct as they seemed a little excessive. Thanks Amy for double checking I don’t mess up…

Superb support and Design from Adam at the Worcester branch. In the 40 years I have been involved in building, I have found Adam’s support, knowledge and experience, second to none.

I visited Bradfords for a new kitchen and liked their modern designs and the finish, so placed an order. The quotation process through to the fitting went very well. I was advised by experienced personnel throughout and I would use Bradfords again for modernising my home.

This was a small delivery of several items. All the edges of the sheet material were undamaged and delivery was quicker that indicated on the Website when ordered.

I ordered online and delivery was sorted via email. Ideal when working full time and making calls is difficult.

I have been dealing with Amy at the Worcester branch, what superb customer service, nothing has been too much trouble for her, I have had to change orders and ask advice, you couldn't ask for more help. We would not go anywhere else. Just a fantastic service.

Just purchased a Belle 150 mini mix cement mixer from the Worcester Branch. Did click and collect which hadn't gone through by time I got to Worcester Branch. Jack who works in store was really helpful and went above and beyond to sort it. Couldn't let me take there and then, but arranged delivery for me the following day. Top Man and a credit to the Branch.
