This was my first ever dealing with Bradfords. Really helpful on the phone. Excellent communication after the order was placed. Delivery service not good
Fell way short of acceptable on delivery. Took my money then couldn't deliver for two weeks with a weak excuse of no drivers. But they refunded delivery charge after I complained. When the driver did turn up however he was polite and helpful and efficient so overall with the product being good also will probably give them another go next time.

Ordered online. It would have been helpful if I had received a notification that my goods were ready for collection. However after a quick phone call to a helpful member of staff I turned up at the branch and my order was efficiently prepared and handed to me by a friendly member of staff.

Easy to use online ordering process followed by prompt contact by polite and friendly local branch team member to arrange delivery. Pre delivery phone call from delivery driver as expected. Blocks offloaded and placed blocks exactly where requested.
No issues with process, service or product quality.

This is the first time I have used Bradford Building Supplies. Very easy web site to navigate. Easy ordering. After placing my order Paul phoned me to book in my delivery . The driver phoned me on the day to advise a time he was calling. Very nice chap off loaded my timber carefully.
The quality of the timber supplied was first class. I will certainly use this company again. Many thanks for a first class service.
