I have been using the Martock branch since we moved into the area a couple of years ago and it's my go-to store for all building supplies. Simon with whom I have been dealing from day one is a true gent. He knows his stuff, offers solid, impartial advice and is always a pleasure to deal with. Easy online purchase, good service by friendly people. However not much room to drive in to pick up at Martock.

We dod not receive a order confirmation, but we did get a receipt and payment made.
After numerous phone call the branch was not aware of any orders and nor were head office. They refused to allow us to collect our order, but as we were able to prove payment they did accept this, but collection was not easy either- we had the same discussions and it took nearly 90 minutes to collect our ‘click and collect’ order.
