Small value ‘click and collect’ order. Very smoothly executed by helpful friendly Bradfords staff.

I ordered sharp sand and kiln dried sand online and paid up front. Both items were apparently in stock. When a day or so later I had heard nothing further I telephoned and was told items were ready for collection. On arrival was told that kiln dried sand was out of stock and delivery date unknown. I said website indicated it was in stock. Then told website always indicated items were in stock. Cannot understand logic of this except that I now have a credit with Bradfords and have no idea when item will be back in stock. This happened a few weeks ago. Not impressed and I think this is a sloppy approach to customer service.

Order, delivered on the day they said they would. Will definitely be using again.

Hats off to the cool of the delivery driver from the Southwoods, Shepton M Bradfords ( sorry, I didn’t get your name). Despite the abuses from our “regularly shouting uncouth neighbour” and the non cooperative crane to unload, he maintained his lovely smile and reassured me that it’s all ok, really?? There’s a horrid man shouting at you!

Good product and price. Click and collect pointless, waited ages, then had to wait longer for a paper receipt even though I had paid online. Then I was rung later to say the order was ready even though I had laid the slabs and hour earlier.

Easy to choose product and order on line at reasonable price. Good communication about delivery. Did not make the time slot advised by text, but really pleasant driver and delivered with no drama.

Great service as always. Friendly, helpful staff and delivery drivers. Will use again.

They pulled out the stops and got my delivery to me exactly on time. The delivery/crane driver made I’d not only great at his job but also a really nice chap.

Amazing customer service from the gents at Evercreech, they went above and beyond what we expected and in return we will be purchasing more from them when we could get things closer to home, as the customer service experience was second to none.

Used bradfords several times..2nd delivery didnt get delivered when it was expected,it was delivered 24hrs late ,,, 4th delivery was 24hrs early,, driver didnt even knock to inform he was delivering and as im recivering from covid i had to carry goods myself to where i wanted them
