Delivery came when they said it would…
Delivery came when they said it would and driver had secreted the more stealable items out of sight as not there to accept delivery which was good, but on unpacking found the thermolite blocks placed on the bottom of the delivery were broken, contacted customer services and was contacted next day by Reece who resolved the issue promptly.

Great driver delivered really badly…
Great driver delivered really badly selected plasterboard - I did NOT appreciate damaged boards hidden in middle of stack. Might have to go back to TP if these sort of shenanigans persist.

Unfortunately the product that I ordered was not in stock when my husband arrived at the store to collect it. They did however get it in for the next day but it had meant two trips at a cost.

Decking product
We ordered our decking boards online which was easy and the next day we were called with info of when to expect it to be delivered.We then realised we also needed some joists so again ordered online and asked if they could be delivered with the boards.Both products were delivered on the day stated so overall a brilliant service and would use again.
