I have never received my item . I have emailed your department and cannot get an answer . I want my money refunded . My order went in April and I haven’t heard back.

Shipping time was very long, ordered a necklace mar 1st and received the item may 29th.

Item is beautiful but the unreliable shipping will make me consider ordering again

I honestly would have given it a higher rating but I haven't received an email with information about my order and it's been almost 2 days. It would be nice to receive an email confirming my order but I never received that.

Fast service, fair price.

Wanted to buy one coin, ended up on some subscription with coins being mailed out and billed to my credit card without me knowing anything about it or any easy way to stop it. What a scam job!!!

The Bradford Exchange always have such beautiful and stunning products. It is very convenient to order on line and you make the process quick and easy. You also have such a remarkable category of items.

I cannot remember my password to check on my order! I have tried without success to get this by selecting the option on your website! It tells me constantly that it is sending me a link but to no avail no matter how many tries I have made. I have checked the email and it is correct! Will I actually get what I paid for????

Products are very cheap in quality. They do not stand behind their product nor do they take the extra step in client relations.
Be careful if you try to buy an extended warranty as they will offer lifetime but only honor 1 year. Delivery system does not have any tracking. Not sure why I come back to them...

This is the first time I have ordered anything and am disappointed that there seems to be an added charge that my credit card company has flagged as a “fraud alert”.I-have not received confirmation of my order just this survey. I still don’t know exactly what the cost of my order is. If this does not change right away I will not order from you again.

Interesting products and fast purchase.

I just received a second coin I did not order and was charged for without notice or consent. This type of 'subscription' tactics to increase sales is despicable. Hoping people won't notice or can't be bothered to return.
This was a one time retirement gift for someone. Noone is interested in whatever other coins are in this collection and I will never order another item from this company. I will be contacting them tomorrow and am not looking forward to whatever inconvenience is in store to rectify this situation.

I don’t know why I chose this as it is my first time ordering. When I get my bracelet, I’ll be a better judge of my experience.

The site was easy to navigate. Ordering was very simple and straight forward. I liked that they were able to give me a preview of what the engraving looked like before order was placed. Prices are reasonable.
