I received a few emails letting me know that I may have forgotten to place my order that was in my cart.
Now that I have placed my order, I haven’t received an email confirming my order so wondering if it was successful?Seems like priority is for notifications are there before you order and then not after you order? Hmmm…

I've asked for my debit card to be charged the remaining balance on Friday the 15th and it still hasn't been charged. I called a few times, and they give me the same speech that it will be charged soon. My son's grad is on Saturday and I still haven't received his gift yet. Im really frustrated and I don't think I'll be ordering through you guys again.

Ordered and never received any info on…

Ordered and never received any info on shipping or when the item would arrive. 2 months after I paid and ordered I cancelled it all as the items were expensive and never received. Still waiting on a refund!

I like the products no problem with…

I like the products no problem with that. What I dislike is the the delays and the lack of respect for time sensitivity.
Your customer service rep should also reach out to let client know when something is wrong to correct it immediately.

Pop ups containing malware were automatically put on my computer.

The purchase and check out process was very smooth with no issues but then there came two separate pop ups both suggesting substantial discount and all I needed to do was click on them to accept. The first looked suspicious so I did not touch it and just as I was reading the second my Norton Service warned me that a malware had just been placed on my computer. Long story short both pop ups contained malware and after approximately an hour of Norton working to find, identify and disable the malware it said my computer was safe.

If the folks at Bradfordexchange are not aware of these pop ups which contain malware that gets placed on personal computers than I am sadly disappointed in their service. Thankfully I have great software protection otherwise my computer would not be compromised. Follow up would be appreciated.
