Canada Day earrings
The Canada Day earrings ordered did not arrive in time for Canada Day or a 50th birthday celebration on July 1st. Emails were received with order confirmation and updates to packaging and eventually shipping. Whether I did not read all the information I did not know how they were being shipped - courier or Canada Post (which it was).

Ordered and item which I patiently waited for almost three months to later find out my order was cancelled without and notification. This item was supposed to be a gift. Disappointed.

Product Satisfaction
products I have seen brought through Bradford exchange have met quality and price expectations
Coins look just alright, NOT MADE IN CANADA
Coins look just alright. Would be nice if they were more upfront that their coins were imported from China instead of making it sound like they are made in Canada. Customer service sucks, email and the live chat both couldn’t answer basic questions about the products.

DISHONEST
Ordered an Oilers ring for my grandson’s birthday in August 2025. It was “In Stock” when I ordered, but never received it. I contacted them in September and they told me they had to have it brought in. Finally received it just before Christmas. That’s not too big of a problem for me.
However, there were some issues with payment. My original CC was hacked, so the money did not get debited. I contacted them by email and explained the situation, and told them I would give them the info when I received a new card from the bank, the item shipped, which they had no problem with. After that length of time, I had forgotten about it, until they sent me an invoice at the end of January for the total, which was $227.83. I again forgot to send the info to them. I received another invoice in March for the same amount and, at that time I immediately contacted them with the info, and they were paid in full.
Suddenly, on June 17 2026, I get an alert from the credit monitoring agency that Bradford Exchange had sent me to collections for $57.00. I then called the collections to see what was going on. They said that I had only partially paid the invoice - there was a payment of $170.83 received on March 24th. I then went through my statements and found that the invoice had been paid in full to the tune of $227.83 on March 24th. I sent this info (screenshots) back to the collector and they told me Bradford said they only received the $170.83 and that I owed $57.00.
So, they waited until they were paid, shorted the payment amount and then sent a collections account to the credit monitoring agency. In the time from March 24th until the credit agency contacted me, I received no invoices, statements or any other form of communication that I owed them $57.00, which I do not owe to start with. It’s only $57, but they are wrong in stating false claims to the credit agency. I’m waiting for a response; if nothing, then I will take legal action to force them to admit their screw up and remove the collection account from my credit report. Had enough with these types of “business” thinking that they can do whatever they want. Enough is enough….

Disappointing Customer Service Experience
This review is being posted later than it should have been because I had honestly forgotten about my unresolved issue until I received a marketing call from Bradford today promoting their products.
In November 2025, I purchased an RCMP Commemorative Ring. When it arrived, I realized I had received the wrong ring. I contacted Bradford by email on December 2, 2025, and followed up again on December 10, 2025—both well within the company's 120-day return window. Unfortunately, I never received a response to either email.
Today, I finally had the opportunity to speak with a customer service representative. I explained that I still have the ring, that it has never been worn, and asked if they would consider honoring the return given that I had attempted to initiate it twice within the required timeframe. I also offered to provide copies of both emails as proof. Despite this, I was told that because more than 120 days had passed, nothing could be done.
I understand that policies are in place for a reason. However, I also believe customers should not be penalized when they make every effort to follow those policies and receive no response from the company.
I'm sure many customers have had positive experiences with Bradford, but unfortunately mine was very disappointing. Based on how this situation was handled, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
