My father now 87 has been coming here (La Spezia Cso Cavour) for over 40 years for his FX needs, however on his last visit in May he was met with such rudeness from the bank teller at the desk, it was shocking to witness. He was not helpful at all, was his whole demeanour verged on being offensive. It was obvious the guy did not want to be there or be of any help to anyone. Needless to say we will not be stepping foot in here again.
