Dave at BP Tools extremely helpful with my email enquiries. My chainsaw blade overheated due to oil blockage not lubricating chain and chain flew off. He kindly freely sent two circlips to replace lost circlip and gave lots of advice by email promptly how to clear oil port. Chainsaw came with 3 year guarantee. Thankfully due to his help, I managed to sort out problem without needing to return chainsaw. Thanks to Dave at BP Tools.

There was a problem with the correct item being sent.. This was resolved by BP Tools taking on the problem and chasing it swiftly to a good conclusion.

Ordered a drill which arrived promptly but the case had been damaged in transit due to flimsy packaging. Following my email BP sent me a replacement box with an apology and a few extra drill bits included.

Sometimes it's not about the product but the overall customer experience. I ordered a power washer from BP tools and to cut a long story short two were delivered but both were damaged in transit. Dave Crowder at BP tools was exceptional - responded quickly and positively to emails and resolved the problems to my complete satisfaction. I am pretty sure that the product itself is also worthy of recommendation although perhaps the packaging needs reviewing. I would certainly not hesitate to order from BP in the future.

I have used this company for a couple of purchases now and they are simply brilliant, their after sales customer service is excellent. The vac is a superb piece of kit for the money, well pleased!

First off, the customer service received from the same gentlemen on the 3 telephone calls I called made was excellent. i would use this company again for that reason alone. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and did what he said he would do. The first lawnmower GX4000 arrived with a part snapped off, but it was replaced and the faulty one collected at a time suitable to me. The replacement is fine and is a pleasure to use. It's light and easy to push and gets close to the edge of the garden. The grass collector makes life easier too. Definitely preferred over the orange hover variety. I am very pleased with all aspects of my purchase and would recommend.

Does not cut as good as my 20 year old black and decker But it is easy to handle and light with a long blade,good on soft stems
