I ordered a specific model of earphones and obviously I received a wrong model. The discussion to resend the right model lasted over 26 e-mails, they went silent and never replied. I paid 50euros for a pair of 15-20euros earphones. Obviously the same chinese obscure company. And obviously I didn't read the reviews on Trustpilot so that was a mistake I will never make.

I have been waiting for a year since I paid for my order. No goods have arrived yet.

The product they sent me doesn't work. I've owned several iPads and even more covers. I've NEVER experienced that before.

I wanted to return it - $18 to ship back to Hong Kong. That's more than 50% of the product cost! The item was shipped from NJ. Why couldn't send it back there when the problem was not my fault?

They keep promising a replacement, which I don't want because the product isn't made properly.

I purchased this 6 months ago and they're still making promises they don't intend to keep.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE LYING THIEVES!

bought PLT backbeat headphones, they constantly skip and rewind (activate the Bluetooth controls without me touching anything) making them un-useable, I suspect they are cheap Chinese imitations of the real PLT product as well, Do not recommend

I ordered a product in september, I received a different product (not the good color), I told them it was not what I ordered and they did not care: we are in February and despite several mails, I still have no answers…

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM BOXYCASE. The item I received was different than advertised and does not work. I asked them to correct the issue, they said they'd send the correct item. A month and a half later I hadn't received anything so I asked for an update. BoxyCase said they would check with the warehouse. Well, they've been "checking with the warehouse" now for 5 months. They refuse to provide a refund, so I asked how long one should expect to wait for an update from the warehouse and they won't provide a timeframe. Just that they can't provide an update. Do NOT buy from BoxyCase!!!

I bought headphones in August and a month later they send me second hand headphones that have nothing to do with my order. We are on December 6 and I don't have my headphones.
It is scammers do not keep the money. Company shame.

This is scam site, avoid!

I have ordered a Bluetooth headset on October 16 and paid for DHL express to get it ASAP. It is November 3 and no peep from this company. Lucky to have a great purchase protection service from my bank who reimbursed me right next day I have filed a dispute.

I ordered a Plantronics M180 bluetooth. The device that arrived was refurbished and the wrong product (M155). It did not work and would not keep a charge. They offered to send the correct product but I wanted a full refund. They would not offer to pay for international shipping to Hong Kong to return the wrong product which they sent me. Waste of time and money, this was my first time ordering from BoxyCase.

This company is a big scam, warning, do not order anything from them. I ordered over a month ago and my package still has not arrived! I sent countless emails asking where my package is, they would not respond to my questions but rather give me an excuse every time. I think they are trained in doing this. The last excuse was that my package is in my country's customs and will be released! I called a friend that works at customs and he informed me that the shipping or tracking number doesn't exist! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY, DON'T ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I ordered the Plantronics M90 and was looking forward to the arrival of the product.
When the product arrived and was opened, it contained a used M155 product full of scratches.
When I called the complaint and asked for a refund because I couldn't trust it, I was told that the return shipping cost would be borne by me.
I feel very malicious.
After all it should have been Amazon.
I will never buy it here.

I waited over 2 months for my bluetooth mp3 player. This item was not bluetooth and in chinese . When I asked to return I got fobbed off. Basically a scam. Avoid this company. Money down the drain

Boxycase has sent a fake product instead of the ordered LG Tone Studio HBS-W120 - Wearable Personal Speaker. upon sending all the pictures they said, they will check with warehouse and send the replacement in 2-3 weeks. even after 6 weeks they have kept on stating, awaiting response from warehouse. I asked for a refund. even for that they said, they need to check with warehouse. Finally had to raise a dispute to paypal, who have refunded me in full after going to all the interactions I had with Boxycase. I would never go back to this company.

Do not use. Ordered a Sony Bluetooth headset and received a FAKE instead. God knows if it's worth chasing a refund as company is in Hong Kong. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Bluetooth headset (Plantronics Voyager 6200) on June 28, 2021, from BoxyCase.com for CAD$138.10 including S&H. It took at least 3 weeks to receive it. Like others reportes, not in a box, only a plastic bag with no instructions. We used it less than 3 weeks and battery does not charge anymore. We tried to reach company on its free charge phone number 1 888 906-2342… Line is always busy.

Looks like an old headset sold as a brand new one. No surprise it was best price online.

Finally, I wrote an e-mail to service @ boxycase.com and I got a reply same day from Rina - Customer Service, suggesting to replace my headset under warranty. We’ll let you know how it will go. It could take months before I get satisfying conclusion.

When I got my order it took a month,sent a used wrong item its already been another month trying to get a return label to send this back,they wont give me a refund. They are in hong Kong what are we going to do but be screwed and they know it.

sell used as new, cheat, I ordered plantronics 5200, came without a box, dirty, scratched, the worst that Google promotes them in offers

Have not received my order yet. I am afraid i have been scammed
