Overall good experience

Overall good experience.
Good value. The engineer Marcel was very professional and thorough. He explained everything as he was installing the boiler and thermostat. Very clean and tidy. Thank you

The installer was very professional

The installers were first class, we were told how the work would be carried out. Kept tidying up as work was out. Worked constantly throughout in order to minimise disruption to a minimum. With us getting not only a new combi but having the old back boiler system removed the works proceeded with care and professionalism.

Google nest heatlink

We had a problem with our Google Nest Heatlink. Sean H from Boxt was our assigned engineer and he was on time super efficient and went out of his way to explain how we could be more efficient with our energy. Was one of the best experiences we have had. Thank you!

Amazing service

From start to finish the experience was great. Amazing service, would 100% recommend. Fitter was very friendly and left no mess. Boiler works great amd also had 2 new radiators fitted.

Well after 10 days of contacting boxt…

Well after 10 days of contacting boxt and navien
and getting no answers when boiler will be fixed
as the engineer had already been to fix boiler twice but never had appropriate parts to fix it
I was so stressed as no one was helping or understanding the urgency as apart from a long time with no hot water
My husband has a operation in 2 days
So yesterday evening I called again and WOW a lovely lady answered the phone called Claire
explained everything to her she could not believe this was going on so long she promised she would get it sorted today to be honest I had gave up all hope and didn't think I would here of her
09:00 am this morning she called a engineer was on the way to fit a brand new boiler all done and so grateful
We really need more people like Claire as no one else seemed to understand or care

Excellent installation

Ollie came to install the Tesla Powerwall. It was more difficult than usual because of the tight location, but Ollie did exceptionally well, ably assisted by Jason, who arrived in time to help lift the extremely heavy battery.

Boiler service

Had the boiler fitted last year by boxt which was a straight forward easy process with a top class engineer and brilliant job.
So gave Boxt the chance to service the boiler so easy to set because it was the first service had to contact Boxt directly Very helpful team was emailed and texted about time and date of service Daniel the service engineer was on time and very knowledgeable helpful and explained everything. A++ service from all the Boxt team Thank You.

I would be very cautious with BOXT for…

I would be very cautious with BOXT for AC fitting.
My condensation pump unit which is less than a year old keeps tripping the RCD and Bosch sent an Engineer out who reported that it was not to current standards.
BOXT have said they will send a HVAC engineer out to replace this but I have also noticed that they did not replace the original consumer unit as they said they would and 3 of my electrical sockets are now dead since the install.
I had an independent Electrician out and he thinks they have used the old sockets wiring to install the split system rather than add an new consumer unit. when I reported it to BOXT I was told to go to Bosch direct they told me to go back to BOXT then BOXT sent a Bosch engineer who said I needed to get a BOXT fitter out! needless to say in a 38 oC heatwave this is not ideal.
Note to any BOXT staff reading this: If you do not like honest reviews such as this get a grip of your business and have a secondary visit to any installations 28 days or so after installation by an independent inspector to ensure this sort of thing does not keep happening.

Great first experience with BOXT.
The heating engineer we had was exceptional, answered any questions with ease, told me specific info that I wouldn’t have known and was a quick install, left everything very tidy. Would recommend to anyone BOXT.
