Very good customer service.

I have been with Boxt for 5 years years now ans find them very friendly, efficent, good communicators and easy to contact. I have just had a service done and there was one fault. As my boiler is still under guarantee the process was explained to me and ,as stated, I was contacted my Worchester and a engineer booked to replace a part. From service to repair was under 7 days.

I was initially had my appointment…

I was initially had my appointment request for the morning but I had a last minute issue which meant I had to change my appointment for the afternoon, they were amazing and manage to change it to the latest appointment available. Andy was like always helpful and kept in touch with me to let me know is ETA.

Wayne Tomlinson arrived today to fit an…

Wayne Tomlinson arrived today to fit an external thermostat. Though he didn't have the same Honeywell unit to replace it with he had a hive unit and fitted it. Whilst I downloaded the app he then showed me how to use it. He arrived on time and completed the job with a friendly manner and quick time. Thank you.

Easy to order the boiler I wanted

Easy to order the boiler I wanted, and fitted on the day of my choice, engineer arrived at 7.45am, boiler arrived soon after. The engineer was friendly and kept everything tidy and left no mess

All pretty good enough

All pretty good enough. Customer service side and arrangements best over fitting element tbh, but the guy was ok enough, satisfactory. Friends have had fitters who went above and beyond, guess that's my only variable, maybe that's just me.

No ID …

Boiler service was good however did not get a prior phone call re time, he turned up
In his own car and did not show any form of ID. I had my grandson with me who was worried about the man all through the visit.

Boxt did the boiler for us within a few…

Boxt did the boiler for us within a few days and we could have got an earlier time slot if we needed but delayed a few days because of the heat wave.

The installer Gary was brilliant from start to finish. He worked out the best place for the boiler to go and the routing of the new pipe work so it was concealed nicely and the most logical route without having to go outside the house and have pipe work showing so none of it is visible. The final job is a brilliant finish, very neat and tidy and no disruption. He was very friendly, kept us informed of what he had done each day and left everything super clean and tidy. Also talked us through how it all worked at the end. Very happy thank you.

Avoid

Where do I start? They sent an engineer who set fire to our house and made holes in the roof, three weeks since and no remedy. Have to chase them up and every time I call, they say it's been escalated but they have 12 weeks to close the complaint. Seriously, avoid.

Fantastic service at a fantastic price!

Boxt gave the most competitive quote. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful and they booked me in quickly for a replacement boiler. The boiler was delivered when expected and I have nothing but praise for the installer, Oliver, who really went above and beyond not only to install the boiler exactly where I need it so I can have a new kitchen cabinet fitted around it, but to completely re-do all the pipework from the previous installation, which was a pig's ear! He was very knowledgeable, did a lovely neat job and cleared up after himself. He also explained how to download and use the Hive app to control the heating as I didn't have that before.
