I would strongly advise against using BOXT.
We booked an air conditioning installation for three rooms, originally scheduled for 3rd June. Less than 24 hours before the installation, BOXT cancelled, citing a "family emergency with the installer." While it was frustrating, I completely understood that genuine emergencies happen. I'd already rearranged my work diary to be at home for the installation, but accepted it.
What made it worse was that the scaffolding company still turned up at 7:00am, and I had to send them away because nobody had informed them the installation had been cancelled.
The installation was then rearranged for two weeks later. Once again, with less than 24 hours' notice, BOXT cancelled—this time because there was "no installer available." To make matters even more inconvenient, all of the air conditioning equipment had already been delivered at 7:00am, leaving us with multiple large boxes taking up space in our home for weeks while we waited for another installation date.
The third installation was booked for 6th July. Today, BOXT contacted us to cancel it again, once more citing a "family emergency with the installer." While I appreciate that this cancellation came with more notice than the previous two, I find it difficult to understand how a family emergency could apparently have been known about five days before the installation. That explanation simply doesn't make sense.
Three installation dates. Three cancellations. Countless hours taken off work, repeated disruption to our family, contractors turning up unnecessarily, and weeks of storing bulky equipment in our home.
At this point, I have completely lost confidence in BOXT's ability to deliver the service they sell. If they cannot reliably honour installation dates or communicate effectively with customers, they should not be taking bookings.
Avoid this company if you value your time and expect reliable customer service.

New Boiler
It took me just under 48 hrs to choose order and fit a new Worcester Bosch boiler. Boxt is a very well oiled company, every part of the process went like clockwork. Very pleased I decided to buy from them

The installer was very professional
The installers were first class, we were told how the work would be carried out. Kept tidying up as work was out. Worked constantly throughout in order to minimise disruption to a minimum. With us getting not only a new combi but having the old back boiler system removed the works proceeded with care and professionalism.
