We had an appointment booked for a replacement Heat Link (Nest)
We had an appointment booked for tomorrow but I got a message from the engineer, Sean H, saying he could come today instead, which was brilliant. He turned up on time, managed to fix the problem in less than half an hour and gave me a full update on what he had done. Great service and excellent communication.
