I bought a letterbox gift box for a friend going through a tough time and she loved it. I had to email with the team a couple of times about the delivery and they were super helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely use again.

Beautiful presentation, from packaging to wording, and delicious chocolate. Taste & texture (snap of the chocolate) are superb. I received these as a gift, and wouldn’t normally go out of my way to write a review for something I hadn’t purchased, but these chocolates warrant the extra effort. Would highly recommend

I purchased two box of hugs for a friend and family member. Both had recently lost a loved one, and flowers were not an option from me. I wanted to give them a hug, something to warm their heart, for them to have time to sit and reflect on good times. The mug choice, tea pigs, and scented candle were perfect. Thank you 🙏

I was a bit concerned about this going wrong as the parcel was sent on my behalf to a bereaved friend. I need not have worried - efficient and exactly what I requested. She was very touched by the gesture. And I think this a far better option than flowers as it is personalised.

I sent the box to my daughter, who is away from home for the first time at uni, for her birthday. She loved everything in it and said it made her day. Can't ask for much more than that. :)

I sent a box of hugs to my son for his 25 birthday, as I couldn’t be with him in person and he was so happy with the gifts I chose. The box arrived on time, as requested, and perfectly packaged.
