Horrible. Do not buy

Garbage toy. Also difficult talking to customer service. They claim that the item will be delivered in 4 days. It took 3 weeks. I asked for a refund immediately after purchasing, but they said they shipped it already. Even gave me a tracking number that didn't work. I wanted to return it but could only do so 14 days after purchasing. It didn't even arrived 14 days after I purchased it. I don't typically write reviews, but I just have to warn people. Do not buy this overpriced junk.

Same story as all the other reviews. Ordered this on 07-12-25 for christmas and I thought I would be super on time since we are celebrating TODAY. But it’s not even shipped yet! Thought this would be a fun activity to do with the fam. But sadly I don’t have a Christmas present now 👎🏼

Ordered 6th Dec with 1-5 days shipping. Not tracking available, no response from 20 emails I’ve sent. As others have said, secret Santa that hasn’t arrive. 2 junk emails a day saying they’ll send you more with delivery before Christmas.
Avoid buying this at all costs.

Non delivery - reported and issued chargeback

Same as the others - ordered with no delivery or response from their customer care team. If this is also you - issue a chargeback with your bank then report to the federal trade commission as a fraudulent site,. This will get your money back and stop these comboy companies from preying on people around the holidays.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!

Not even posted yet, but paid for on December 8, 2025. Will not reply to emails. This is a total scam, and I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! Bitterly disappointed.

I have been ripped off

I have been ripped off. Ordered on the 12th December still no delivery.They promised 1-5days delivery……Sent 3 emails and just got crickets. Shop app shows a shipping label has been made and that’s it.
Bought the 10pack for Christmas gifts for all the kids. Now have to race around and find alternative gifts. Boxbollen you suck!
Wish I read these reviews before purchasing.

0 stars. I have same issue as other buyers here. I ordered on 8/12/25 & been given a tracking number that doesn't work. I emailed customer support, no reply as yet, I doubt they will reply. I have now contacted the shipping company and awaiting reply.

Don’t order if wanting in time for Christmas

I placed an order on the 5th December, took, it took until the 16th December for my order to be ‘shipped’ (I’m not convinced).

It’s been with the courier since and is expected to be delivered on the 31st December according to my tracking number- I won’t hold my breath.

This was supposed to be a Christmas present x3- needless to say, I’m disappointed.

I’ve received countless emails since, one stating to order today (21st Dec) if you want it in time for Christmas. DO NOT ORDER unless you’re happy to receive it after Christmas, you certainly won’t receive it before.

Let’s hope they work, when they eventually arrive. Surprised so many celebrities are advertising it- though I suppose they received a different level of service compared to us mere mortals!

BOX BOLLEN SCAM

I ordered my Box Bollen on 9th December and have still not received the items which I needed for Christmas despite paying for express shipping.
I have sent three emails and have had no response regarding where my item is or if it has been shipped.
This is a scam site and clearly I have given money for nothing.

Not even worth one star. If I could, I'd give -5 stars.

Just like every other review here (which I wish I'd read first like most of you) customer support is nonexistent. They don't seem to have a phone number, and don't answer emails. I ordered direct from the website.

The carrier (UBI SmartParcel, never heard of them) did respond to my first email, and said (in spite of a tracking number) that they have no record of it and to contact the seller. Subsequent emails have been ignored. I don't expect to receive this, which was to be a Christmas gift.

Don't buy this product. Ignore the celebrity endorsements and all your Instagram-following friends who think it's the coolest thing ever based on those endorsements.

Same with many other customers, shipping was shocking and failed advertising on website for leadtime now I won’t receipt the order intime for Christmas. As well they send marketing email to say you can now purchase set of 5 for price of set of 3 your paid!!!!! Don’t bother!!!!!

⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience

I purchased Boxbollen directly from their website and was provided with a tracking number that turned out to be completely bogus.

After contacting customer service, they sent me a tracking link claiming the item had already been delivered. Here’s the problem: the “delivery” date was December 3rd, yet I did not place my order until after that date.

Unless Boxbollen has psychic powers and knew I was going to order in the future, this tracking information is clearly false.

Due to the lack of transparency and misleading information, I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback on the card used. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend purchasing from this company
