Worst experience ever!!!

The product is not performing as advertised on their ad video. Too much noise, not enough power, heavy to handle, very slow delivery and poor customer service. Absolute waste of money!!! Refused to give me a refund. Just poor all around.

The after sales service was excellent...but frustrating for both them and us, re a faulty product and the end result was a full refund....could not have wished for better...thankyou Brilliant Aussies

When they have a faulty product recall even if it is only the charger you should be able to get a full refund. I purchased the hand held blower from them and have been waiting weeks to get the replacement piece. Not good enough and definitely would not recommend buying anything from them. Totally appalling!!

Bought the blower, terrible product, noisy, no power. Asked if I can send it back within a day of receipt and was told. NO! Change of mind policy does not apply as you opened Australia Post package!
A month later I get a recall email as says charger is dangerous and may burn house down.
Email says:

Risk of serious injury or death from electric shock from uninsulated plug pins. Risk of property damage if the product catches fire.

This company is fraudulent, unethical and just terrible. Avoid!
Wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing

Ordered and received the Nano Tape, but the product does not work!
I have emailed them 3 times requesting a refund with no response whatsoever.

Never received my order and tracking number sent was not Valid with 5Track.

Despite numerous emails l have not received one email in response to my
queries regarding my order which is appalling. This is a SCAM so don’t be tempted to buy anything on their website. No contact number or physical address says it all. I will take action against this scam company as they are liable for refunding my money.

I have to admit there was a wait for my blower purchased. When it arrived it had a damaged case but I emailed to advise of my disappointment.
Great customer service, I received an immediate reply and a new case sent to me. Absolutely love the blower, exactly as described and my husband has even cleaned out the gutters with it.

I would agree with all the negative feedback. The trick at purchase offering discount for purchase but instead charging for 2 leaf blowers with quantity unable to be changed. I was supplied with dead end email addresses. PayPal prompted them to contact me however the AI letter of support with instructions for remedy were also a dead end. I returned the product and it sat at the local post office for a month . They told pp it hadn’t been sent. Yes and now a notice saying that they are trying to source a replacement charger for their recalled leaf blowers….it will never happen. I have received a refund for faulty blower via pp and have binned the other faulty one. My advice is to scroll on by.

So I never received my blower it actually went to my neighbours house! I have emailed them hundreds of times and they do not respond, but they did respond telling me that their chargers are faulty and can cause death! So they want to send a replacement charger! Well no I do not want a replacement charger I want a refund! This company are scammers so do not buy from them, they are horrible! Absolute scums that rip off people!

I just received my cordless leaf blower. its not working. both batteries are fully charged. What I figured out is you have to slightly tamper the back enabling to work. Hey I paid $179 for this I expect to be fully working. I emailed Brillant Aussies, no one responded.

Product not as advertised — very disappointing

I purchased a blower from this company after seeing their Facebook advertisement. The product shown in the ad looked high‑quality and powerful, but the item I received was significantly inferior and did not match what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service, they stated that because the item “works,” they would not offer a refund or replacement. This completely ignores the fact that the product does not match the advertised quality or specifications.

I’m sharing this so others are aware of my experience

It's a scam on checkout. They show your purchase as getting a discount. It's actually making you a second purchase, then a third...

Based in China, this pop up will take your money and not deliver. Or deliver a piece of USELESS junk. Tried to cancel but was ignored. Rang my bank and a stop payment was initiated with the funds returned to my account. ALWAYS check Trustpilot BEFORE buying from a company.

Wow! How come they have very good reviews on their website? I’ve ordered 2 blowers last year Dec 14 and have not received them. They said in transit but never arrived. Very poor service.

The usb is faulty. Tried to send email - bounced back. $95 is a con. Do not buy from this company

Scam company! They operate out of China under the guise of an Australian company. Disgusting thieves!

Shocking...no communication after emailing multiple tome as delivery has already taken 3.5 weeks. Never again. I have disputed the charge with afterpay but they cant do anything until the merchant responds. Absolutely appalling. The shipping details never update progress. I wish I looked at the online reviews before I made a purchase. Bye bye 150.00.
Update 23/01. Thought I would provide an update. Afterpay gave me back my money as the merchant did not respond. The blower turned up 4.5 weeks later however I would have returned it as it was a piece of shit. A blower that doesn't blow lol. I cannot understand how these people are allowed to sell their crap to Aussies.

I first contacted the company after my product did not arrive in the stated time,that's when I found it was coming from China,not their Melbourne warehouse. When it eventually arrived I found the run time for the battery was 5-7 minutes,not 40 as they advertised and the blowing power was very weak and would not shift the leaves. I contacted the company with these concerns and at first they seemed to co-operate and offered me 1 free battery to be sent from China.I then asked for a refund,14 days after I received the product. They state a 30 day guaranteed refund. After that I did not hear from them again and they did not reply to my emails.
