SCAM - Took my money - lost my order?

Bought 3 on "Black Friday" for Christmas gifts. Courier they used to ship my order (DragonFly) admitted they "lost" my order 3 days before Christmas!! Ive been emailing customer support every day since then for my refund ...no reply! No phone # to contact them?? They stole over $120 from me!!!!!

Very Disappointing

Unlike others, my order arrived and in time for Christmas. That's about the only positive I have though unfortunately. Its a really terrible product. There's no technology in the product itself. Just a sponge ball on a length of elastic. The points are counted by your phones microphone. This is very hit and miss whether it counts or not. You can clap your hands and it counts. But hit the ball and it may or may not. Really disappointing. Was back in the box within 5 minutes and will never see the light of day again in this house.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I contacted them immediately about my purchase that they switched it to my billing address not my shipping address. They also gave me a discount coupon which didn’t work. They got back to me a week later and now I have to pay for shipping and restocking they are the worst.

Order was not received before Christmas…

Order was not received before Christmas and still has not been received to date. Getting the complete run around from Veho shipping, was told (via email of course) that my package was handed over to UPS on 12/26 , their link to my tracking status shows nothing but “deliver delayed, transit error”
I contacted UPS and of course there is nothing and their tracking number is fake.

I contacted PayPal and reported, opened claim for a refund
FILE a claim with the Federal Trade Commission people, this needs to stop as so many are getting sucked in to their Facebook ad and ordering

Avoid this company

Avoid this company - misleading shipping, refusal to cancel, and an empty parcel
I deeply regret ordering from this company before reading the real reviews.
They advertise “shipping time 2–5 business days”, but once you place the order, the only options available are 6–16 days or 2–8 days for extra cost. Even then, days passed with no shipping confirmation at all.

I contacted support few days after placing my order #1372175 to cancel it. No reply. When they finally answered, they claimed the order was already “forwarded to the warehouse” and therefore could not be canceled - despite the fact that it clearly hadn’t shipped yet. Instead of helping, they kept sending scripted, copy-paste responses while claiming they wanted to “make this smooth.” It was anything but smooth.

This order was meant to be a birthday gift, which I made very clear. That didn’t change anything.
It gets worse.

After a failed home delivery, I had to collect the parcel myself - only to receive an unsealed, EMPTY box. I immediately documented the issue with photos and contacted support again.

Their response? They asked for an unboxing video.
Of an empty, already unsealed box.

I explained (very reasonably) that:

- the photos clearly show the parcel arrived empty and unsealed,
- a video would show nothing more,
- and that I disposed of the empty packaging after documenting the issue.

Since December 18th, I have received no response at all. No refund. No resolution. Just silence.

This experience includes:
- misleading shipping information,
- refusal to cancel an unshipped order,
- poor and delayed communication,
- an empty parcel,
- and complete avoidance once a refund was requested.

I will be escalating this through my bank and sharing this experience publicly so others can make an informed decision.

Think very carefully before ordering from this company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - sent 1 when I ordered 10 - sent me a link to say items still in transit when the link showed I had picked up the 1 item 3 days earlier - I then requested priority postage for remaining 9 as Christmas gifts or a refund which they ignored . I asked a second time for a refund which they again ignored and posted 9 items normal delivery. Still no items, no refund and requests ignored (I get responses saying thanks for my patience)

Order never received

I ordered a boxbollen set for my grandson for Christmas. It never arrived. The delivery company they used mixed up the order with some kind of carpet. I have repeatedly contacted boxbollen and the delivery company to no avail. Out the $$$$$ and a Christmas gift. Terrible customer service.

Myorder tracking says it was delivered…

Myorder tracking says it was delivered but item is not here .we have a doorman building who recieve and sign deliveries and take pictures of all deliveries but this item cannot be found. I emailed Boxbollen customer service twice because i have 2 orders, but no response at all. We have cctv in the building but this item cannot be traced

Don't Bother

Read reviews on this product after purchase!
Dodgy brothers. Ordered 11th December with 5 days delivery. Still no product and no notifications. Avoid this site!
Wanted for Christmas, very disappointed.
I will never buy from a site I dont know again until I check on trust pilot, before purchase🫣😅

ZERO STAR REVIEW

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this item.

Like many others, I was misled into buying the Boxbollen, expecting it to arrive before Christmas. I placed my order on the 13th and still haven’t received any shipping updates.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but I had to buy something else because it never arrived.

The lack of communication is non existent, my shipping status still remains at ‘preparing your parcel at pickup’

I wish there was zero-star option

PLEASE do not order from this company

PLEASE do not order from this company. If you do not like the product, even if you have literally taken it out of the box and had one go on it, you cannot return it as they only accept returns of unopened items. Also please look at all the other reviews on here. The company is atrocious, I wish I had come on here first. Shame on the celebrities like Declan Rice promoting this terrible product and company too

Poor quality, dangerous

Poor quality item, purchased 3 as Christmas gifts. The ball came off the elastic while in use (used a couple of times) and hit my son in the eye. These products are cheap and very poor quality. Waiting to hear from customer service and requested a refund. Let’s see how this goes $100 AUD for 3, they saw me coming!!!

Almost a scam company

I needed to return items bc same gift had already been purchased by another family member. It took numerous emails to get a response on HOW to return and another 21
days, 3 emails and contacting my credit
card company to dispute the charge. At that point i finally got a response and a partial refund. I do not recommend doing any kind of business with this company.
If a person isn’t determined and persistent with them, you will never get a response from them. I believe this is intentional behavior on their part. They operate on a very thin line of becoming a scam company.

I would rate lower if I could

I would rate lower if I could! I ordered 3 for Christmas. They shipped using UniUni to the wrong address. UniUni asked for a picture of my door. I sent it to them. They had the drivers photos of the wrong door, a picture of the package with tracking number. Obviously wrong address! They dropped my inquiry because of wrong tracking number, what?! Boxbollen does not return emails. This company’s customer service is terrible, almost as bad as the shipping company they use!

an expensive con

this is an expensive con. A total waste of money for a cheap ball on a string and a rather pathetic app that counts hits via the microphone of your mobile. Their returns policy is totally abusive. I am studying taking them to court.

Waste of money

Elastic broke the first time it was used- pretty crappy quality. Wish I had read reviews first. Now going to cost me to replace the elastic, as the kids still want to use it. Took more like 2 weeks to arrive, not 4-5 days as advertised. Spend your money somewhere else.
