They act like they’re doing you a favor
I ordered wheels from them and PayPal only attached my first name so they were sent back. I let the business know they went back and they told me to check my order next time and they would send them back. I waited a few days after seeing that there were delivered back to the business. I asked them to resend them, cancel the order, and if I needed to I would pay postage. Owner actually told me to calm down. It’s now 4 days after I told them and they still haven’t sent them. Don’t be fooled by the website looking like they’re a friendly business. They have good prices but that’s about it. Edit: the seller finally shipped the product like he said but had to add “shipped a second time”. I never asked him to ship without me paying but he likes making snarky rude comments. I’d stay away from this company and if I was a vendor, I would cancel that.
1. The entire shop was at eurobike show for over a week but yet still open to customers.
2. Never an apology or taking ownership. I owned putting my first name twice and offered to pay the shipping. He just places blame for taking a week and for me to make a PayPal claim for him to do so. 5 minutes after I made a PayPal claim he decided to walk 30 meters to the post office to ship.
Use theurbanmobilitystore for online and in store Berlin. This guy can’t even apologize for a mistake. Speaks volumes

the customer has the responsibility to check his name when ordering. We cannot take this responsibility away from him.
