Wrong size shipped.
The robe itself is lovely however the size shipped was not what I ordered. (I checked my order). I will have to exchange after Christmas, a real disappointment as this was a Christmas gift.

Pleasant and professional customer service
Super gift for my man purchased in Black Friday week wasn’t delivered to my house, but to someone else. Thankfully DPD managed to retrieve the parcel and I got it the next day. I had also advised Bown and they were very willing to help had I not received it. A pleasant and professional service to match the quality of their products.

Poor quality garment
Poor quality garment, said 100% cotton on website and care label but blatantly synthetic. Trim applied using monofilament nylon (not durable) using a zigzag stitch. As a seamstress I am embarrassed to have paid £280 for this, and sent back immediately.

I love the smoking jacket
I love the smoking jacket. Soft and 100% cotton. I received the wrong size, but it was quickly fixed and they had the correct jacket shipped before I returned the incorrect one. Would order again!

I clearly told you what size I needed…
I clearly told you what size I needed and you sent the wrong size. This is a Christmas gift, so I have not gifted it yet, but I have a lovely, custom made pair of shoes in the wrong size. We will see if they fit, but I doubt they will. I am very disappointed. I am confused as to why you would do this.

However the first attempt via web site does not tell you whether in stock or not so was disappointed to be told after purchasing that was sold out and to pick another
