It is about 4 days ive sent an email but you didn’t respond. You sent a wrong product for me i want to return it but it seems i have to pay the post cost my self!! Why it should be like this ?? The problem you made i have to pay for it !!??

Delivery Not In Time
Ordered on this shop as it was promised on their website that the next day it is gonna be shipped. So i ordered on wednesday 12 of May. I didnt expect it to be shipped next day as it was a national holiday but did expect that on friday they will ship it. Friday morning comes i call them to make sure its gonna be send out, they promise me it will be done and on saturday I will receive it. 16:20 friday i check my emails and i still didnt get a tracking number so I call them again to check when its gonna be shipped, now they tell me its gonna be shipped on monday and I will receive it on tuesday.
If i would have known that they are lying about their delivery timelines i would not have wasted my time with this company.
Edit: received my order on tuesday at 14:30. If the website would not give empty promises and state more implicitly that the delivery would be affected by 2 days if there is a holiday the rating would be different

Too bad to hear that you are not satisfied. We apologize for the inconvenience! Due to the national holiday, there is a so-called bridge day today, so orders are not shipped today. Normally, orders are ordered before 3 p.m., shipped the same day. Once again our apologies.
