Roland was very helpful in answering my questions on contract extensions.

We were habitually told everything would be fine and that we had a very strong application (multiple visits over a 3/4 year courtship) despite a prior immigration violation that the boundless agents said had been adjudicated, stating that it probably wouldn’t come up.

But come the interview at the embassy the consular officer(s) made a big issue about said prior immigration violation. I was given a request for a new criminal record and having submitted it online, I found out two days ago our k1 visa was denied, no reason has been given as it’s been sent back to NVC but it will likely be because they escalated the us immigration violation against me to lifetime ban for fraud.

Having spoken to another attorney we had been advised that we should’ve gotten married and never done a k1 visa application as a denial WAS likely due to my prior and it cannot be appealed. Only a marriage application can be appealed with a waiver which will take 2-3 years.

How on earth boundless thought everything would be ok and how no one advised us that it would have better to go ahead and marry in 2024 is unbelievable.

Darelle was amazing, they provided HUGE help and explained everything I needed to attend my issue.

They are awful, They request way too much information and then when you get them that information they do nothing with it. I used the for almost 5 months and my wife is nowhere near closer to getting her visa. And They do nothing offer refunds and they charged me after I exited the program. They are an awful company that is useless.

so far the customer services on the online side are excellent. just had an online representative "gladys gay" help me with an isue took the agent less than 3 mins to resolve my issue..

I worked with IVY to get the process for a fiancé visa submitted to USCIS. She delivered a masterclass in customer service and professionalism! Her attention to detail, personalization, and quick follow ups made us feel very confident in Boundless. If she is who is representing the front lines, I have full confidence in the company and the process. I would recommend Ivy, over anybody else for those who are nervous about the process or just getting started.
