I loved my experience I really got the help I needed

I used Boundless for my I-751 Removal of Conditions application after previously using them for my green card process. On the positive side, Boundless does a good job of making you feel supported throughout what can be an overwhelming immigration journey. The portal is organised, the staff are responsive in the early stages, and having a structured system to follow gives you confidence that things are moving forward.

However, my experience took a significant turn when Boundless withdrew from my case just 22 days before my filing window opened, citing that my case fell outside their scope of service. The reason for withdrawal related to information that had been sitting in their portal for nearly nine months without being reviewed by a qualified attorney. This was confirmed in their own written response to my formal complaint.

The withdrawal left my family in a stressful and time sensitive situation that required me to file independently and seek outside legal consultation at short notice. The complaint process that followed involved multiple missed communication commitments and required escalation to the BBB, CFPB, and Arizona State Bar before I received a substantive response. A full refund was ultimately provided.

Boundless may work well for straightforward cases, but if your situation has any complexity, I would strongly recommend asking upfront whether all aspects of your case have been reviewed by a qualified attorney before committing.
