Pleasantly Surprised
I discovered BottleStore while searching online and decided to give them a try. I am glad that I did! The items are exactly as expected and the customer service was excellent. I had to reschedule my pick up date several times, and the staff was very patient and accommodating. The process of picking up my order was quick and easy, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be purchasing from the BottleStore again!

All but one honey jar had damage (I ordered LOTS), which was replaced:) Interior boxes looked beat up on a corner or two and lots of foot prints but surprisingly very little damage to glass bottles inside. The interior boxes were well insulated with a non peanut product - thank goodness!!

Quality bottles and fast shipping
It was easy to find the right bottle for my mead. It gives it an old time illicit look and the added maple wood stopper puts a finishing touch to the look. It was easy to order and the delivery time was just a few days. The cases arrived double boxed and padding between the two. I will be ordering more from them in the future.

We order our 16oz and 32oz glass bottles here and pick them up. Boxes are always in good shape and no broken bottles. Hoping one day you can offer 6oz glass boston rounds.
