Long-term customer – our trust is gone
We've worked with Flaschenland for over three years. Sadly, our most recent experience has been a complete breakdown in service and accountability.
On 31st October 2024, we placed an order worth €643.40. After 25 days with no shipment, no response to emails, and unreachable phone lines, we had to escalate. With no resolution from Flaschenland, we were forced to file a chargeback through our bank.
It took over six weeks to recover our funds — not because the company helped, but because our bank intervened. I'm happy to supply proof of the successful dispute on request.
A similar issue occurred just weeks prior, involving incorrect stock and an 18-day delay on the replacement. At that point, we were still patient. But this latest order — combined with total silence from customer support and leadership — has made it clear this is no longer a reliable supplier.
We’ve now blocked Flaschenland from future charges and will be sourcing alternative suppliers. If you’re a business relying on timely fulfillment and communication, you deserve better.
