I purchased the lifetime warranty for my RevitalEyes. About 6 months after I started using them, the stem broke off at the hinge, so it was unable to be fixed. I emailed customer support, who was very helpful, and immediately said they’d send a replacement. I’ve already received the replacement, so it was a great experience. I usually don’t like to spend extra on extended warranties, because they always seem to find a reason that your issue isn’t covered. I’m so happy so say that this was a great experience! You won’t be sorry if you purchase from this company!

I’ve dealt with eye bags for 20+ years and have tried hundreds of different brands and kinds to no avail. I saw your product RevitalEyes 2-1 red light therapy + EMS to erase eye bags. After viewing your product and testimonials I decided to order it . I was able, for the first time in 2 yrs, to look in the mirror and loved what I saw. You asked for a video to share my experience and I can’t do that because I am severely scarred from being in a horrific house 🔥. Fortunately ,since using your product , I have my beautiful eyes looking back at me in the mirror!!

Delivery took closer to 3 weeks but it’s totally worth the wait. I bought for dark under circles and even after a weeks use, it has made a significant difference. Highly recommend to everyone! I only wish I would have bought more eye cream at check out to go with this.

I absolutely love my red light eye device and use it all the time, so I was devastated when the temple broke. Even though my accidental damage wasn't covered under the standard warranty, the support team went above and beyond to make things right. Cath in customer service was incredibly quick to answer my emails and treated me like a priority. Because they provided such a fantastic solution, I will definitely be a customer for life!

I sent an email about my glasses not working properly; the right side didn’t seem to have as strong a current as the left. Cath responded in less than 24 hours, and said that it was normal. Cath provided instructions on how to trouble shoot the issue — clean the glasses (gunk may get in the way), add extra lubricant etc. The best part is that they said if it still isn’t working properly I could exchange them. This is great customer service with a company that truly backs up their product.

I just got my Revital Eyes and neck tightening therapy as a b day gift from my husband and I absolutely love it. I wanted to try quickly so I immediately turned it on but I couldn’t feel the electrical pulses at first, then I followed the instructions carefully and it made total difference after applying the eye cream. It has 2 modes with 3 intensity levels. It doesn’t hurt but it’s definitely a different feeling, almost like tingling.
Excited to check results after trying for a few weeks!

I emailed regarding a defective unit. The silicone padding on the left was more indented than the right. So the micro currents were not distributed evenly. Hazel assisted me and processed an exchange right away. Without me having to return the defective unit.
