I’ve been dealing with under eye dark circles for half my lifetime. I am very anxious to see how much improvement can come with this product. It came highly recommended from a nurse practitioner who has used it and has had great results. I am using a daily .
so far I see a very tiny response, but it took a long time to get like this so it’ll take a while to get them better.

BP is a horrible company. Everything about them is bad: the undereye device that doesn’t operate and their lack of customer service. Ordered the undereye device from them, charged it up and turned it on, only one side works. Contacted their customer service and was told to ship it back and they would send me another one. Received second device and the same thing happened, only one side works. There are many complaints from customers who bought their device and complained that after just a few uses, the device stopped working. Contacted their customer service and they told me to send the devices back for a refund. Which I did, but then when I asked them to refund me for the shipping charges which came close to $30, they said they would. It’s been over two months with many follow ups about refund for shipping charges. They’re liars – they have no intention of refunding me for shipping charges from the faulty devices they sent me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BOTANIQUE PARIS!!!

I have been using RevitalEyes for 2 months now and have noticed some reduction in eye puffiness but no change in the darkness in the under eye area unfortunately. I’ll continue to use it but am disappointed that the darkness has not been reduced.

This is pretty clearly a scam. I bought it with high hopes, after a few weeks the glasses stopped working (I could turn it on, but nothing else happened). They replaced it, the same thing happened, they replaced it with a 3rd pair, and after a week or so, the same thing happened. I asked for money back, which they said if the 3rd pair stopped working, but instead they wanted to send me a 4th pair. After too many emails back and forth, they refunded me but refused to refund more than 60%. This tells me that they probably cover their costs at 40%, and they know they are selling a faulty and defective product. They clearly do not stand behind their products. In the time I had a working pair, I didn't really notice any effects or changes either. Piece of trash and so is the company. Buyer beware

I was a little hesitant to purchase, but did. I often wonder with products- will it work for ME tho?? I’m still in early days of usage, but I can say that i DO find it comfortable to wear, convenient where I can multitask while wearing it and hopeful on seeing results ☺️. So far so good … 🙌🏽

I used to use different creams for dark circles under my eyes for many years and I was just wasting my time. When I got to know this brand, within 1 week, the dark circles and puffiness under my eyes miraculously disappeared. I highly recommend using it.

I bought this last February and was shipped fairly quick. I loved the vibration feature of the gadget which lasts about 10 mins every use. I thought it was good as i dont have to worry about uver using it.
Unfortunately it stopped working after about 2 months of use. I contacted the customer service & told them about the problem. They suggested some instructions to get it going again and it did for a couple of weeks till it finally died.
Told the customer service again & they were very helpful & sent me a new gadget again. Which I really appreciate as I am loving the gadget.
Hope this time it will last longer than the last 🤞
