I have to change the color of the blouse and the people of the company responded very quick and did everything correct. The blouse was I as expected it. I also got the package on time.

Terrible Terrible Terrible
Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with they just push you straight to the company you bought the product from. I’ve been waiting 2 months no update just horrible

Placed order back on the 24th Nov, chassed order in Early December as had not been charged to my credit card, payment went out of my card on the 12th December, no sign of item (christmas present) called them again on the 20th December, they where vague about my order but said they would refund me as they couldn't find the tracking on their own item, called again to day the 2nd January, requesting update on refund, did not get informed response (she had no idea) said was going to transfer call. of course it went dead. called credit card to initiate fraudulent transaction. awful company
Update if anyone can understand the gibberish that borderfree have replied with would be helpfull

Arrived much faster than I thought it would

The returns process is deliberately designed in a way to make it extra hard - no lable easily available, you need to send an email, then enter a chat where if you are non-active for 1 (!) min, you are kicked out and then they issue a label that you need to pay for. sorry to say, but this is completely subpar on what a proper customer journey should look like in today's world
