Received unoriginal item
One of the items i received in worn condition! There showed signs of “used”, with dust flakes marked on surface, slightly torn wrapped paper, size-tag inside unsticked fell off and long gone with the wind, the price tag was torn totally laid aside from the slippers weren’t sticked within, even the cover box is not the original Adidas box (blue color with Adidas logo on surface), in fact the shoes came in with merely random cardboard box! Very token and unoriginal!!

Since most of our items are shipped in plastic bags, shoe boxes can occasionally be damaged during transit. In those cases, we may replace a broken box with a new "plain" cardboard box to ensure the product is protected.

Total of disappointment never again with this company turbo customer service Norristown still waiting for my money
Article return 30th of March terrible service terrible customer service no response phone number doesn’t work. I’m still waiting for my refund rubbish never again very disappointed first time and last time.
I have just received a reply from the seller. The company in the main world is there. I had a friendly conversation with a Call Centre after long wait but it was confirmed that by the 20th of this month April my money will be refunded. Let’s see if that will happen. I have never dealed with any online purchase that took 20 days or even more for a refund when the Call Centre gentleman confirmed to me the reception the receive the article. Date: 2026-03-22
