China MADE
I ordered several products from Booztlet and was very disappointed. All items were made in China and the quality was far below what was shown on the website. Because of this, I decided to return the entire order.
However, I was told I must pay both the original delivery fee and the return fee. It is unreasonable to pay twice for items that do not meet basic quality standards.
Customer service also told me that “quality is a personal assessment,” which I find unacceptable.

I like, too is the fact that the orders are quick and delivered when you exactly need them.
I too like the fact that they provide the returning sticker. No fussing around, because this is one thing that I don’t like to shop online. I wish more companies would do this.

I received used item
I received used item , kids shoes with dirt on even name was written inside of both shoes, it was reported right away after parcel was picked up from access point and I did not received any update since. First time I am disappointed like this😏
