Visit the pharmacy regularly and am usually greeted with curt, abrupt staff who don't ever smile. Numerous mistakes are made with no apology, quite the reverse, loudly, the customer is made to feel guilty. If I could go to another pharmacy I absolutely would, sadly I don't have that luxury of choice. There are some very good staff working there, who are welcoming and extremely helpful, sadly, this is always overshadowed by the few who have no concept of customer service.

Why are you not hiring more staff ? There are queues and people end up waitin for over an hour, you have 5 spaces on the tills so why are there only ever about two staff working every day, stop being cheap and hire more staff because plenty of people need jobs right now

Boots crown walk Milton Keynes

Usual -trying to get prescription that’s needed urgently -said an hour -two hrs later a text -massive queues always huge
Was told I would have to come back in an hour -I said “fine” and the pharmacist called me “rude”
I don’t think what I said was in any way rude -just agreed to the information
🙄🤷‍♂️will be using a different chemist from now on!

I was for many years on Blister packs.

I was for many years on Blister packs.
Which helped me take the tablets at the right time of day.
They stopped doing Blister packs.
I now being 74 cannot remember if I am taking all my medication.
Because all tablets come in different boxes.
I often mislay my tabblets.
Bring back the Blister packs.

I don't want to know attitude

I am using Mounjaro to help with my diabetes but this morning the kwikpen got stuck so I thought I would consult a pharmacist. My nearest one is at Beggarwood, Basingstoke. So I popped in there to be told that as they didn't prescribe the Mounjaro and I was not one of their customers they couldn't help. I was under the impression that pharmacies were able to help with issues and, that this is being promoted by the UK Gov. Clearly I have got it wrong and so have Boots because I have been a customer of theirs in the past both for eye and medication but may not be for too long going forward. Not impressed by their lack of interest and help.

Poynton Branch in Cheshire.

Poynton Branch in Cheshire.
Janet can't do enough to help and she guided me towards the best 3 for 2 deals and money off vouchers.
She even helped me load the Boots loyalty App.
A real gem, and a credit to the company.

Was completely ignored by the pharmacist and his helper even though they both knew i was standing there with my daughter.
They couldn't even say hello or even
Be with you in a minute!
Bad manners and from someone supposed to be professional.
Go to another chemist & not Boots!

When will these big companies realise…

When will these big companies realise customers especially old folk do not like self service payment tills, I hate them especially when there are no alternative, I would rather drive another five miles to a different store than use one of those. And the pharmacy never answer their phone ever.

False Allegations

Today I returned damaged tables I found in my repeat prescription to Boots Queen St. Cardiff.
I was accused by the person, he had no name badge on, of deliberately damaging the tables and complain about the “mess” I made on the counter showing him the damaged tablets.
I spoke to the manager who kindly apologised for his conduct and reassured me that he would be spoke too.

I have been twice and ordered glasses, twice I took them back for a refund because of faults. These people never apologise or admit they are wrong. Don't waste your time.

Quedgeley Pharmacy

Just been to see a pharmacists at Boots Quedgeley regarding a lump under my eye, which isn’t effecting vision or painful, just red and a little itchy. The store had 1 customer in it at the pharmacy. The assistant went to ask for the pharmacist to assess me, but they wouldn’t even come out and look at the lump, just said anything to do with eyes they can’t deal with, which is nonsense. They said I should cal 111 which is definitely not the right pathway for this issue. Will NEVER buy from Boots again, I’m assuming that the pharmacist at this store is poorly trained, so wouldn’t want any medication from them!

Boots Pharmacy should be investigated…

Boots Pharmacy should be investigated by the NHS and CQC. Repeatedly never have stock, days or even weeks to provide prescriptions. Compare their stock holdings with private pharmacies.
Blame doctors systems and suppliers.

Poor Service

Over the last year I have waited upto 2 weeks for Boots to get my prescription ready. They blame the suppliers of drugs. As the biggest Pharmacy in the Uk they should have the clout to make sure they get the drugs they ordered on time.
