I am using the software for more than 3 weeks and I just have to write a review on this. This is one of the most useful tools I ever used, the amount of help and value it brings is immense. I rather use boost.space than zapier or other competitors. Since it’s make based, the amount of integrations is massive, I just love this tool.

Boost.space has completely transformed the way I manage and automate my workflows. The combination of a powerful cloud-based database with seamless integrations is simply unmatched. It’s like having Airtable’s simplicity and Zapier’s connectivity in one robust platform. The no-code functionality makes it so easy to build complex workflows without the usual hassle.

My experience with Boost.space has been very positive overall. Transitioning from Make.com was smooth, thanks to the platform’s familiar environment and minimal learning curve. The built-in database is a standout feature, saving me the trouble of setting up external databases for temporary data storage, which was often a cumbersome task. I also appreciate Boost.space’s focus on data privacy, particularly the assurance that data remains within the EU. This has made creating and managing complex workflows much easier and more secure. While I’m still exploring all its features, Boost.space has already proven to be a reliable and efficient tool that aligns well with my needs.

I had automation already set up with another company, Pabbly. Then I saw the deal and took it, knowing that I would probably need to go through a learning curve.

My first time in Makes and Boost.Space, LOTS of learning learning curve.
I spent 18 hours to setup 3 simple automation I had (connecting my CRM to Quickbook for creating customers, invoicing and marking as paid).

Customer support was not the best from my experience. They simply said "we can't help, I need a tailored solution, need to book a meeting and if happy pay the fee".

After spending hours of looking up solutions, i simply just need to run the scenario with the real data. (I wish the support could have said that).

Anyway, I'm giving it 5 stars because the software has huge potential and the ability to be very flexible with how you want to automate things.

I'm just getting started using it - and yes, there is a serious learning curve (it's not quite as easy as zapier to get up and running) but I can already see how much this is going to help. For example, if you use elementor, you have the option to create one webhook that can send you a text and add the person to your CRM when they fill out on of the forms on your website. There are many other use cases but, just having it automatically update new leads is already paying for itself almost immediately. Don't sleep on this one.

Boost.space is a powerful platform and I can see so many use cases for it. However, the way it integrates between the different aspects of the platform can be confusing. I love that it utilises the MAKE Engine.

However don't think it can replace MAKE because in their T&C's automations not linked to a Boost.space module will be deactivated on a daily basis I believe I read.

This is not a deal breaker for me but likely will be for other who assumed they could use the MAKE Engine as they do with MAKE.

Overall, I really like Boost.space and can see it being a valuable add-on in my business.

For other marketing agency owners looking for a comprehensive project management tool, boost.space is definitely worth considering. We're looking forward to fully integrating it into our processes over the coming weeks.

We currently use ZenDesk as our ticketing system and Boost.space has allowed us to perform additional functions that are not included in ZenDesk itself. We now have the ability to map user data such as their location and address to ticket fields and display them on the ticket view for our Technicians to easily group up tickets that are at the same location. Using the product is quite easy where you drag and drop different modules and configure what type of action you want them to take.

This is hands down one of the best tools I've purchased to date. Think, a self-contained playground for your data that combines no-code functionality like Airtable and Make with its own modular approach to organizing databases into 'Spaces'. These can serve as tools or dashboards in and of themselves. You can navigate an intuitive UI to consolidate all your data from various sources very easily with two-way sync, then automate everything with the integrator (white labelled Make/Integromat). There's pretty much no end to the use cases Boost.space can cover. It's as easy or as difficult as you want it to be, but for those struggling, there is compendious documentation. The support is also responsive and helpful, typically replying within a few hours. There is an expected degree of adaptation required, but trying to fault Boost.space is more difficult than its learning curve. Highly recommended.

I added Boost Space to my arsenal of tools a few weeks ago, and it quickly became one of my favorite and most useful tools!

Think Make-like no-code automation with a few extra perks available.

Using a central database as the Single Source Of Truth and automating the IN/OUT flows around it in a non-dev-friendly way is priceless.

It took me a few hours to get used to it and assimilate the way to set things up, but the resource center is well-packed, and once you are done, you will save time tenfold.

I would rate it a great 99/100 right now. The last 1 point missing concerns the robustness/reliability, as I faced 2 minor downtime periods over my 3-week adventure. While it happens to many companies, it quickly gets annoying on such a sensitive and important tool. This said, they took action, and I'm confident it's sorted out (the last few days have been smooth sailing ahead).

Fantastic killer app for process automation (including AI-powered personalization). The engine that drives the automation is the same as Make.com so it makes a great alternative to Make.com if you're looking for one.
