I have been a consistent subscription customer with this company since February 2021. Unfortunately, after my interaction with customer service today, I will no longer be purchasing from them.
I contacted Boomer Products because I was unable to update my credit card information on their website. The representative initially stated she did not know how to assist me, then offered to update the information manually over the phone. I agreed.
During the call, communication was challenging, as I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to clarify account details. When it came time to provide the updated payment information, I was told that because the credit card is in my husband’s name, she needed to speak directly with him to verify that I was “authorized” to use the card. This was surprising and frustrating, given that the same cardholder name has been associated with my account for years and is clearly reflected in the order history. I was simply attempting to continue paying for a long-standing subscription — not applying for credit or requesting financing.
Rather than working toward a reasonable solution, the tone of the conversation became increasingly confrontational. When I requested to speak with someone else, I was told no one else was available. The call ended abruptly after I was told to “call back tomorrow,” and the line was disconnected.
Customer service reflects a company’s values. After years of loyalty, I found this experience dismissive and unprofessional. As a result, I have canceled my subscription and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I hope the company reevaluates its customer support practices, as long-term customers deserve courtesy, consistency, and professionalism.
This company offers deals then don't ship the product and states wasn't ordered that promotion so 50 bucks more important than 300 bucks a month. The stole from me. ... a reply yes but I ordered it off the text message I got it stated would be added nothing about only ordering 1 bottle and I order 2 of everything as it's for my husband and I and I feel that I did not get what I ordered. I'm not paying for shipping twice. I will keep what I've already paid for and the results are a bad taste for your company...period...
Added reply...I got a call from Rolly and he did do me right he's sending me 2 of the clarity products and paying the shipping I so was impressed with him reaching out to rectify this bad situation to take care of this. I thanku for taking care of this...5/14/2024

I ordered Boomer Boost on a Sunday. I was going on vacation and asked if my shipment come come in less than a week. To my great surprise Boomer Boost sent my product 2 day delivery and did not charge me! If Boomer Boost is as good as their customer service I will be sharing another review very soon! Excellent service! Well done Boomer Boost…you really do care about your customers!!!
I've had seven strokes ,was in a ball expected to stay that way for life.Boomer Boost is the only thing, with prayer,that took me from blind,and LOVEbedridden,back to a NORMAL life. I can see again, drive a car, just normal. I started putting a sprinke in water for a sweet potato. It is growing crazy fast. ⁹LOVE THIS STUFF!! Just ordered more. HAVE A BLESSED LIFE EVERY ONE!

all incredible products. Lignans and Resveratrol/Tumeric and Evolv are my Favorites, with BB/GB- would love to get a Telomere's type product.
Their customer service is more like LOVING CARE FRIENDS talking with them...

The service has been good however, I'm not sure I can continue to afford the cost of Beta Glucan. I get my WBC count monitored every month & so far have not seen an improvement (2 + months on the capsules).

The staff at Boomers are very, very courteous, caring and knowledgeable about the various health issues I and my family face and direct me to the products that can give the most and best benefit. I always enjoy speaking with one of the representatives, I don't feel rushed.
My mood is more excellent because as a senior I used to get tired and grumpy; now I just get tired. I can go through taking my dog to the park and walking for 15 to 30 minutes in the morning and I feel great all day.
