Well I heard some bad reviews about customer service and communication to customers agent hard but i don’t think we need that App is simple it’s amazing i hope i don’t have to make a claim this year just bought a one year insurance with them, they had cheapest quote well let’s see i choose them this year

They cancelled it

I signed up for my car insurance and they sent an email about a week later asking me to send my no claims bonus proof and that my insurance would be cancelled if I didn’t send it. I then sent it and they emailed me again another week later to say that they wanted proof of my occupation? I’ve never had that for an insurance company, but… they sent it on a Saturday afternoon while I was busy and I completely missed it. On the Tuesday afternoon, I’ve got an email to say that they had cancelled my car insurance and were refunding not even half of the amount - I’d had the policy for 6 weeks! When I explained to the mixup and sent my payslip they just told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to reopen a policy. But like how am I going with them again!!!! I had to take out a new policy while I was at work cause I’ve driven to work that day and then they just cancelled it!
