My experience was entirely online

My experience was entirely online, and the process was smooth and easy to follow. The website was user-friendly, the information was clear, and I was able to complete everything quickly without any issues. The company made the whole experience convenient and efficient, and I would happily use their service again.

When getting insurance with them

When getting insurance with them, I thought I’d be only dealing with one company boom insurance but please be aware that if you choose to pay monthly with boom, they will give your details to another company credit agency called close brothers to finance your insurance and make you enter agreements with two parties(boom insurance and close brothers). I have not experienced such a thing with other insurers like esure and admiral. That is why I cancelled even before the insurance was scheduled to start. They then charged me £25 for cancelling and an additional £50 for what they call “setup fees” so I lost £75

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I tried cancelling their policy, customer service is rude and try to blame you and try to delay the cancellation as long as possible to squeeze the money out of your pocket.
