Appointment Cancelled - bad communication
Arrived at the venue and was informed my appointment had been cancelled. Received an email from Bookwell 10 mins before when I was already on my way. No phone call to inform me so it was a waste off my morning.

My massage was so relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Thais is an amazingly skilled, kind and patient-practitioner. This was my first experience with reflexology. Wow, I'll be back. I loved my visit so much I bought some organic essential oils to use at home between treatments. Thank you so much!
