Location feels very cheap and nasty
Location feels very cheap and nasty. Only went back for a second time because it was messaged to me that the appointment would be 15% off but never got the discount or was even asked about it when paying in store. No one asked me also how the pressure of the massage was, which is important with someone afflicted with Fibromyalgia.

Booking process was fine
Booking process was fine, no stress there. Marked down significantly due to the review begging. Why do companies INSIST on having me tell others how much fun I had booking tickets (I came twice!!)

Booked at "waxed" ,got a confirmation…
Booked at "waxed" ,got a confirmation email back .. Arrived at designated time and Waxed had no record of booking . They graciously were still able to help me .

Worse booking platform
Terrible. I booked 2 treatments with a massage place, and Bookwell only booked 1. Caused a huge delay of more than an hour in receiving our treatments. Really unimpressed.

Absolute Shambles
Absolute Shambles. Booked an appointment for my wife, she turns up and the salon says they never received it. No worries, went online and booked another appointment. Again the same thing. The risk of turning up and not having an appointment is not worth it.
