Not even one star. As with everyone, a scam. I filled in a survey and was supposed to get free Tupperware, left card details for £4 postage. Now I am charged £39.47 for sod all. I don't want a digital book membership that are probably stolen. Stay away.

Scam merchant
Had them appear on Aug Bank statement with £9.95 and a £39.99 transaction.
Two £39.99 in Sept.
Tried contacting them unsuccessfully.
Taken the matter upwith .my bank

Scam artists. Like you all fell in the trap. Mine was just for £1.99 postage fee only and they managed to several payments.They are still trying several times daily to get £39.99 from my account. Surely they get the message when the payment has been declined about 60 times in the last few weeks alone. Thank goodness my bank picked up on it asap. Some people have no shame at all 😡

This company is a scam front for processing stolen credit card transactions

Scammers, paid £9.95 for face cream. Nothing delivered but now have had £9.95 and two further payments of £39.47 taken out of my bank. PLEASE BE WARNED. DISGUSTING COMPANY.

As with all other reviews, they are scammers. I paid £9.95 for a garden storage box from B and Q that I saw on Facebook, too good to be true but it looked genuine. I received no confirmation email and then saw that the merchant was bookplanet247 and not B and Q. A few days later another £39.47 was taken that I didnt authorise! I emailed and was told my subscription has been cancelled but a refund isn't possible, I didnt sign up for any subscription. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and they are investigating. Stay away from them

Total scam. I ordered from facebook and my payment (9.95) came out of my card then a few days later they ask for another payment of £39.95 😳. Please do not fall for any ads on facebook !

This company are a bunch of scammers and fraudsters

Instead of being charged to boots or Elimis
My card was charged to bookPlanet247
No products where received and I subsequently got charged £39.47
I’ve emailed the company, but they say I’m beyond my trial period
What a lot of nonsense?
I’ve sent all the relevant information to my credit card company for them to investigate this fraud
They say they’re based in Hemel Hempstead, but I’m pretty sure they are abroad somewhere in Asia or the far east
Don’t do business with this company or offer that seemed too good to be true

It’s a scam. After your first payment they then set up a subscription which I didn’t authorise for £39.47 per month.

Yes this is a scam. Mine was an American Golf promotion. Payment, then went to Bookingplanet 247. They have tried unsuccessfully to take more money

Same as all the other reviewers pay once then they steal a second amount £39.00

Buyer Beware
This is a scam.
I saw a facebook advertisement from Boots for an Elemis skincare bundle.
I paid £9.95 thinking it was Boots but the payment was taken by bookplanet247 I obviously didn’t receive my bundle
I emailed and tried live chat to this bogus company who didn’t reply.
Reported fraud to my bank

Massive scam, report them immediately

This company is a scam and has committed fraud in my case! I am posting the following to illustrate my point. This company took $14.99 from my account for some kind of membership. They refuse to refund my money. I thought I was ordering a Canadian Tire cart. It is a SCAM and FRAUD.

This company has stolen money from my account

SCAM I signed up for a £9.95 offer, ended up taking further £39.47 on top of that once they had my card details. Ended up with my card frozen, having to make numerous phone calls to the bank in an attempt to get my money back. Still waiting for refund.

Do not use this company as they are taking and collecting money for scammers.
