Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. The apartment has a great kitchen and spacious dining and living area. 2 A/Cs helped us survive hot days in Venice. Great location - walking distance to main sights in Venice. Although it’s located in central area, it was quiet at night. Big and comfortable bed! Good size for a family! I would like to stay here again when I come back to Venice. Smooth check in. The owner, Max is very kind and responsive. He answered all our questions quickly.

Scam fraud bookiply

This website is a big time scam, they pretend to hire people to give 5star reviews and then through crypto start depositing their money in the name of exclusive journey with ao much commission. But actually you get trapped

Deposit issues

We rented a house through Bookiply and have had nothing but trouble trying to get our deposit back from the property owners.

Bookiply eventually replied to emails but it seems that there are no morals or procedures in place to prevent this from happening and the property owners have been allowed to get away with it.

It's a scam as the owners have been allowed to keep our deposit under false pretences.

We left a negative review for the property owners to warn the next tenants and this listing was removed and the owner has been allowed to put on a brand new advertisement for the property.

From start to finish this feels like it has been one big scam.

So many emails asking for resubmission…

So many emails asking for resubmission of payments and sms banking codes it seems like bookiply is a scam. I nearly canceled the booking until I saw the PayPal option. I won't book with any renter that users this service again.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Bookiply. The starting point was a mistake on my part in the reservation. They were very patient with me and implemented the solution. Bravo and thank you again. I will continue to plan my holidays with this team.

This company are a complete joke

This company are a complete joke. Do not book with them. Two days before I was going to Gran Canaria I was told to contact the owner to arrange arrival time. The owner said they had taken the property off market and informed Bookiply in July. If I hadn’t contacted the owner I would have turned up with no where to stay. They didn’t find me alternative accommodation and no compensation.

Do not book with them and if you do be aware they do not help at all.

The company advertised a property for…

The company advertised a property for rental through Booking . I have been infected by COVID therefore I wanted to modify my booked dates. I have sent a modification request to modify the days of my stay through Booking plus I have emailed this company and I haven’t got any single reply so far. 4 days have already passed since my first request and I wonder what will happen as the cost for this stay has already been deducted from my card.

They are a fraudulent company

They are a fraudulent company, we booked an apartment in Italy and it was a disaster. The photos are misleading it showed 2 separate beds but there was only one and the apartment is really tiny, especially the shower and the kitchen. The photo implies that the swimming pool is close to the apartment, but its 300m away uphill very bad for old people or heart patients, and the path there is dangerous ,dirty and unlit at night. Their charges are high and they don't respond when you wish to cancel, nor does Airbnb.
