I really wanted to give a good review
I really wanted to give a good review. But I ordered Feb 21st and did not hear a single thing for over a week and a half until I emailed them myself! A joke, then to top it all off they said it’ll be priorities and shipped out this week, it gets to Friday night an I email again, they’d shipped it out and said nothing at all to me! Didn’t even tell me it was ready or delivered so it’s been sat outside my house for god knows how long and thank god I emailed them again or id never have known! Really need to sort out their communication

As soon as you brought this to our attention, we issued a full refund immediately. We also take your feedback regarding the delivery process very seriously; we are currently reviewing our shipping procedures with Royal Mail to ensure that our customers are always notified and that parcels are never left unattended.

True craftsmanship
My custom design was quite complicated with fine lines but the result is astonishing. True craftsmanship and great support about the shipping. I certainly recommend this shop.

Beautiful. Arrived quicker than I thought given its a personalised product and the time of year I ordered. Very quick to respond to my emails and will certainly be back next Christmas.

Fantastic quality
I ordered a custom design as I wanted something a little more unique to me. Very quick to respond to my order and received 5 drafts within 24 hours. I provided a few tweaks and was happy with one of the designs and signed it off. Received my book embosser within 8 days from ordering so very happy. Quality is very high and leaves a lovely impression even all the smaller details.

Very satisfied with both the product and the service: it delivers the desired result and looks beautiful. Definitely order that lovely box too; it adds something extra to your gift! Regarding the service: Beth and James were exceptionally helpful, offering solutions themselves in urgent cases, and even handling customs charges. I'm extremely satisfied!
