I've been using Booked it for our Sports & Leisure Centre for over 4 years now. The platform is constantly evolving, powerful, reliable and easy to use. Great service from the Account Managers, would highly recommend.
Would not recommend.
From randomly increasing fees (sometimes reaching nearly 15%!), hiding your money with no way of seeing the balance, delay tactics when emailing referring to issues, delaying paying your own money even when dates have been set, avoiding critical questions, asking questions you have already answered to delay a reply, removing money from your account without knowing, thousands of pounds have disappeared with no answer (will update if resolved), poor standard of work, and the list continues. A very disappointing experience, which has been raised to other external agencies.

The account managers are amazing! any problems we have are addressed really quickly. i dont believe there is any system that is perfect and the way the issues are dealt with is the reason i would recommend booked it 100%
Its tough moving from one system to another whilst still trying to keep the business going and making it look seem-less to customers. But we did it! The testing process was a little bit long and frustrating. You are trying to understand how a new system will fit into your current business. Not everything tested well. Some was my misunderstanding of the dynamics of the system, some was not working correctly and needed tweaking. We still have an outstanding issue which, although I was offered a work around in the short term, I'm sure will be adjusted soon. I like the extra features that our basic system couldn't do and now I have got used to it I am finding it easy to use. Paige, our account manager, gets back to me really quickly and its so nice to have a dedicated person you can go to with questions (even stupid ones!). I would recommend Bookedit.
Switched to Booked it about 6 months ago. Great service, quick setup and 100% uptime so far (I know many others in this industry cannot say the same) No issue is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend
This has been a game changer for me. I moved from another site after a demo. Once i saw what it could do for me and my business - it was a no brainer. I love having an account manager who never grumbled at my many questions during the transition and as i learned to navigate this system. My customer communication is no longer just via telephone or social media but through structured sms messages or email campaigns making it easier for me to market people directly. I am more in control of my footfall than ever. My new easy to navigate website is amazing and the feedback from my customers has been A+ all the way. As a small business owner this has literally changed my day to day operation for the better.
I own my own small business and Moved to booked It from another company. I absolutely love it. It makes client bookings very easy to manage. They even made me a webpage which is fabulous allowing my customers to make bookings direct.
Easy to navigate through booked it and a excellent team on hand if you have any questions or would like anything changing.

We have been using booked it for just over 3 months. The system was highly tailored for our needs. Our account manager Nick worked tirelessly ensuring all of our requirements were met. The system works really well and has helped us manage our bookings efficiently, especially during this difficult covid time.
I started using BookedIt about six months ago and they really came into full force at Christmas when my entire system was reliant on their systems and it went without a hitch. To be able to solely rely on one company and put all of my eggs into their one basket just showed the power of what they are providing.
