I think everyone who has complained…

I think everyone who has complained about this company should send them multiple E mails just saying where is my refund like I have ,it might block their system ,if PayPal won't do anything ( and I have asked them to ) then we should !! Or everyone complain to PayPal let's get something done about them !

Shoddy merchandise and dreadful customer service

I am absolutely appalled with the customer service. I ordered 3 bras in June which were a complete waste of money as the material and make rendered them useless. I returned them recorded delivery to China. Since then they have asked me for proof of return, told me that they couldn’t refund me until ‘management had considered it’ promised to refund me ‘at the end of the month’ (October) , and now seem to be ignoring all my further emails , I’ve probably written to them about 20 times. A complete waste of money and cost of returning the items. I do wish there was some control or warning when you see ads - I shall look up reviews in future to check companies out . Be warned!

This company is an absolute disgrace

This company is an absolute disgrace. I ordered from them in May this year. They never sent my items and I have been asking for a refund since August. I am constantly sending them emails and their reply is always apologetic and how they will look into my refund. Still not received my money back. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM. I think Facebook and Instagram should look into these companies thoroughly before allowing them to advertise on there.

Stay away from Bonitasshoppe their products are bad quality and you will not get a refund

Like everyone else I would say this is a scam and sham site. Invoice and returns are to a company called Adastra networks International SA de CV. I ordered my bras back in May and they took months to arrive and the bras are nothing like the advertisement. I had to send photos multiple times of the product and opened a dispute on PayPal but the company say they will only refund when I return the items with tracking information to El Salvador ???? at a cost of € 49 which is more than the cost of my purchase. This is definitely an elaborate scam product and company. I hope Paypal can stop offering them support. All online reviews are almost identical to mine.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! The bras they show in their marketing are definately not the same bras that they send to you. The quality is really poor and are completely useless.

GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH!

I WAS TEMPTED TO CUT AND PASTE ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS WRITTEN ABOUT THIS APPALLING COMPANY AS IT HAS ALL BEEN MY EXACT EXPERIENCE. I SIMPLY WANT TO SEND BACK THESE RUBBISH BRAS TO GET A REFUND. AFTER WAITING WEEKS TO ARRIVE AND THEN HAVING BEEN ASKED TO SEND PHOTOS, OFFERED DISCOUNTS, WARNED I WOULD HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE BACK TO CHINA, ALL OVER SEVERAL EMAILS WHICH TOOK DAYS FOR THE REPLIES TO COME I HAVE NOW BEEN ASKED AGAIN WHY I WANT TO SEND THEM BACK. MY BLOOD PRESSURE HAS GONE THROUGH THE ROOF!!!!

Dreadful - don't be duped like I was!

Pretty dreadful service. Items took 11 weeks to arrive and the tracking service was useless. Customer service at Bonitasshoppe did respond to my e-mails until I asked for my money back when all communication stopped. When they did finally arrive the bras were pretty awful; cheap fabric, badly made, they didn't fit and the design was ridiculous, not at all the innovative products that caught my eye on Instagram. Silly me for falling for a slick advert; won't happen again.

Item I received was faulty and damaged

Item I received was faulty and damaged. When eventually they replied I was offered a 15% off on a product I can't use. Then I said i wanted a full refund and they would only give this if I returned the item and paid my own postage which I wouldn't get back. Because the items were in USD I assumed item came from the US but no. They are from China. Avoid like the plague.

Why is there no minus star rating?

Dreadful ! I ordered some goods using the sizing guidelines they provided. When they arrived 76 DAYS later, they were a very poor fit and didn't really reflect the descriptions on the website. Communication from the company was appalling and despite the site saying that it might take 4-6 weeks outside US, as the goods came from China, I don't see the relevance. My advice - don't buy from them.

Dreadful!

Dreadful!! Have been waiting over 2 months for my order now. Tracking info not updated since 23 May. My last two emails just totally ignored. Wish I hadnt used them.
