BOND VIVEUR’s ethos is very simple: to share my love and passion for good, honest, delicious food, showcasing the best local and regionally sourced produce and artisan products wherever possible, along with a diverse range of other ingredients, to create meomorable food experiences. Menus thoughtfully curated to give you a taste of Greece, the Mediterranean and exotic destinations, using the best local and regionally sourced produce and artisan products, selected from a carefully handpicked group of trusted suppliers. The best way to describe my food? A reflection of my personality: colourful - exciting - slightly hedonistic - exotic – visual, with a dash of unpredictability! The result of living on a small Greek island for the past 19 years, combined with my Anglo-Caribbean heritage, a fusion of English eccentricity with a laidback, live life-to-the full vibe! As a self-taught Chef / Cook (Alchemist??), I love to combine flavours and cooking techniques, resulting in dishes bursting with explosions of colour, flavour and texture, designed to send all of the senses on a culinary journey, served in my signature style: “Social Eating” - plates, bowls and platters for sharing, that encourage conversation, engagement and interaction - all important elements to the enjoyment of food. Cooking for other people is highly personal, intimate and an act of nourishment. It is a privilege to be able to share this with other people from all walks of life, backgrounds and cultures. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and taking your senses on a culinary adventure of discovery. _ Rory (aka BOND VIVEUR)

Rory is a star!

Rory is personable, professional and a great cook! He makes you feel at ease and is happy to explain all the courses. Also tidied up! The range of food he can offer is brilliant and there is food for all tastes. Made our evening and we had a laugh as well! We would definitely recommend. Thanks again.
