Great service

I find the team very friendly and easy to deal with. The medication was prescribed quickly but thoroughly assessed before so I am confident I got the right support there. The deliveries are organised very quickly and there is an option to collect them which is great as I am not always at home.

DO NOT ORDER, FAULTY PRODUCT

Cowboys! Do not order from this pharmacy. I was sold a faulty mounjaro pen, they have said I need to contact the manufacture and sort this with them directly?!? I contacted the manufacturer, they logged everything l, confirmed the pen is faulty but they need to investigate why it is faulty which can take over 50 days?!?! meanwhile bolt will not replace or refund until this process is completed. I have cancelled my prescription and requested a refund, I have not received this refund. This is dangerous to not provide another pen, as you’re not supposed to go longer than 11 days without taking your medication. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOLT cowboys unless you want a dodgy pen.
