Boll & Branch won my business because they are among vanishingly few doing the difficult, often under-appreciated legwork of establishing _and maintaining_ supply lines of ethically obtained, ecologically farmed fiber, and _the only_ one I’m aware who’s doing so at-scale with stylistic panache while delivering top-notch customer service, all at entirely reasonable prices for the quality on-offer. There’s even an “eco packaging” option for a recycled shipping box rather than a new gift box. The resulting products are excellent life-upgrade investments that have served me well for over a year already.

I’m particularly thrilled with their organic Portuguese flannel which I purchased in Natural, but their Signature sheets also astonished me with how plush and invitingly soft they became after first wash. I’ve also enjoyed their color ranges, having purchased various items so far in Blue Stone, Sky, Shore, Sageleaf, and Meadow, and have benefitted from multiple of their special-bonus item promotions which have netted me a baby alpaca throw blanket “for free”, along with 2 bath towels. Their waffle blanket has also been a stand-out for its remarkably light weight while remaining both breathable and yet also capable of holding-in tremendous warmth for its weight. I ordered a King and fold it over itself into a double-layer loose on the mattress and its generous size means it covers all the way around my shoulders and past my feet with plenty of slack to wrap around my head and chin in Winter, I love it. I’ve heard the original waffle weave like I have can be prone to runs but I’ve had none on the 2 I have, though I’m careful to wash them only with other soft items and not crowd them in the machines (no zippers, for example). To me, they’re an ace buy I’ll never regret.

I really cannot recommend Boll & Branch highly enough. They’re an excellent value and carry themselves with integrity anyone interested in ethical business and ecology should be thrilled to support and relieved to have found.

After hearing ads over and over about this company's wonderful products, I finally splurged on 4 bath towels and spent $130, and that was with a 20% discount. I normally buy my towels at Marshall's/Home Goods for roughly $10 each, so I thought these were going to be the best towels I'd ever had.
Unfortunately, I am so very disappointed in these for many reasons.
First of all, the texture. Not soft at all. In fact, they almost have a rough texture to them! The care instructions said to not use fabric softener, so I hoped a few washes would soften them up. 9 months later and they never got softer.
Second of all, the smell. I have no idea why, but these towels have a distinct smell, even after so many washings. (It is not from leaving them in the washer overnight or anything like that - I've made that mistake in the past with other towels and these I immediately put in the dryer after washing.) It reminds me of a tortilla chip smell. My dog used to sometimes smell like that and it's all I can think of when I'm drying off. Yuck. I've tried various detergents, but I can't use highly fragranced ones, so I guess I'm stuck with these expensive, scratchy, odd-smelling towels.
Lesson learned. I'll stick to Marshall's/Home Goods from now on!

I just received my yearly fall items that I ordered from Boll and Branch. I am SO happy with everything that I bought. I got 4 sets of sheets, 2 of the waffle bed blankets, one dream blanket, 2 new pillows, a quilt, 2pillow protectors, and extra pillow cases.
Their sheets are the absolute best! I ordered 4 in their signature sheet sets. They are like slipping into a dream. I love them and they only get better with each new wash. The last sheet set was part of a bundle in their vintage sheets. Those feel like your sleeping in your favorite t-shirt. It’s almost unbelievable how incredible their sheets feel when you get into bed. I look forward to going to bed now!
Their bed blankets are softer than you can imagine! It should be illegal, lol. The waffle blankets all said that they were very soft and after buying from them for years, I trust what they say in the descriptions. They are right, they are buttery soft! The dream blanket is one of my favorites. Now, I have two and I plan on getting more colors too.
How can you beat free shipping? I received everything in less than two weeks!! Come on, you cannot beat that.
Boll & Branch is my favorite store. Not only are their products made with such amazing care and ingredients but the people are top-notch also. Their customer service is super friendly and so quick to help in any way that they can.
It’s as if each part of their store is perfectly put together. It makes me feel wonderful every time I purchase something. I will be a customer of theirs for life. I cannot imagine buying my bedding or my bathing towels from anywhere else!!

Beyond Excellent Service! I had a bad experience with another company and explained the story to customer service, spoke to Marianne who tried to help me find the company. Several emails happened and then Marianne decided to send me a set of new sheets as a complimentary gift. WOW! Amazing company. I received the sheets and followed their washing advice and I love these sheets. You can’t ask for better service. Thank you Marianne. I will refer to friends and buy from this company again.

Was gifted a blanket but it was defective. Reached out to Boll and Branch and the company sent us a new blanket quickly and had great customer service.

The way all customer service should be! When I had an issue, they went above and beyond to make it right. Plus, their products are just wonderful. They'll always have my business.

I signed up for Boll and Branch news letter.
Then I started getting bomb barded by their news letter. I tried to Unsubscribe but found know were are on their website side to unsubscribe. I called them to do it and they said they would, but never did. I called 4 times still the news letters keep coming. No way to stop them. Call Better Business bureau and have filed maybe 6 complaints. Still coming. Filed with the FTC, they are breaking the law for not having an Unsubscribed button, but the newsletter keeps on coming. I can’t get them to stop. Don’t subscribe to them for there newsletter. You’ll never get rid of them.
What a fxxk company.

A replacement blanket was never on my mind. I asked if they had suggestions on how to remove a stain from our Boll & Branch waffle blanket. I received suggestions on how to treat the stain, but also a voluntary replacement blanket was on its way. U
unbelievable. We couldn't believe it. What a great company.

I love all my Boll and Branch things. Their sheets are excellent quality. I'm also loving their waffle blanket and down alternative blanket. Recently I ordered a duvet set at regular price and two days later they had a sale. I contacted customer service and they issued me a credit back to my card. It just took one email and it was done.

Boll & Branch proactively reached out to me based on a rather innocent comment. They suggested that what I purchased didn't fit my needs and suggested an alternative product. They sent me a sample of the alternative which resulted in an exchange. The exchange was easy. This is my first encounter with a proactive resolution based on a comment. Thank you.

I recently made my first purchase from Boll & Branch and have been super impressed with them. The quality of the bedding is outstanding, and I'm kicking myself for not have bought sooner! I did have an initial issue with my order which they quickly remedied. I received the wrong color comforter set, and they quickly sent me the correct item and even let me keep the one I received, which I will be gifting to my sister-in-law. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone I know!

My package got left out in the rain and this company sent me new sheets! The customer service is as amazing as the sheets! I have been wanting to upgrade our bedding and these fit the bill! So happy with them and the company.

I had recently purchased a bundle set from Boll and Branch and the blanket arrived with a small snag down the middle. I wrote a review warning customers that it is a snaggable blanket and that their other, regular blanket was much better. B&B reached out to me and apologized for the defect and replaced the blanket! I didn’t ask for one and they went above and beyond for me. I appreciate their proactive resolution. Would highly recommend.

There were sheets that I ordered and didn't like. I had used them and washed them and B&B sent me a return label to send the sheet back. No questions asked. I was given the option for a full refund or I could pick out a different product at a discount and apply the funds from the return to the product. Their customer service was great and responsive.

Amazing products, soft, premium, classy, beautiful packaging, and you are paying your money’s worth. Then I have some issues on the freebies during the Labor Day sale, sent an email and viola! Freebie sent and it’s on my way. If you want good quality excellent products, use Boll&Branch.

Highest quality products. Linen sheets, duvet and light weight insert. Extremely pleased. Prompt delivery. When I called about a shipment, courteously gave me the information I sought. Try the linen, you will love it.

I ordered 2 bundles of their plush towels and one of the bath towels had threads coming off the side of the towel. I had to write a couple of emails to their customer service and when I didn't hear back I started to question whether the company had changed. I'm happy to report that my emails were delayed due to the Labor Day holiday. Immediately after the holiday a wonderful representative, Kelly, reached out to me and stayed in touch until they could get the defective towel replaced. Not only that but the manager of Customer Service, Mary Ann, made a follow up call to me this morning apologizing for the delay in their reply. I'm very happy that Boll and Branch is still the same awesome company I've been doing business with. I'm also very happy with my towels. The towels are plush and just a beautiful addition to my bathroom. Thank you Boll & Branch for your help!
