I had recently purchased a bundle set from Boll and Branch and the blanket arrived with a small snag down the middle. I wrote a review warning customers that it is a snaggable blanket and that their other, regular blanket was much better. B&B reached out to me and apologized for the defect and replaced the blanket! I didn’t ask for one and they went above and beyond for me. I appreciate their proactive resolution. Would highly recommend.

There were sheets that I ordered and didn't like. I had used them and washed them and B&B sent me a return label to send the sheet back. No questions asked. I was given the option for a full refund or I could pick out a different product at a discount and apply the funds from the return to the product. Their customer service was great and responsive.

Amazing products, soft, premium, classy, beautiful packaging, and you are paying your money’s worth. Then I have some issues on the freebies during the Labor Day sale, sent an email and viola! Freebie sent and it’s on my way. If you want good quality excellent products, use Boll&Branch.

Highest quality products. Linen sheets, duvet and light weight insert. Extremely pleased. Prompt delivery. When I called about a shipment, courteously gave me the information I sought. Try the linen, you will love it.

I ordered 2 bundles of their plush towels and one of the bath towels had threads coming off the side of the towel. I had to write a couple of emails to their customer service and when I didn't hear back I started to question whether the company had changed. I'm happy to report that my emails were delayed due to the Labor Day holiday. Immediately after the holiday a wonderful representative, Kelly, reached out to me and stayed in touch until they could get the defective towel replaced. Not only that but the manager of Customer Service, Mary Ann, made a follow up call to me this morning apologizing for the delay in their reply. I'm very happy that Boll and Branch is still the same awesome company I've been doing business with. I'm also very happy with my towels. The towels are plush and just a beautiful addition to my bathroom. Thank you Boll & Branch for your help!

Over the years I have purchased six sets of Boll & Branch signature sheets and a cotton blanket. My experience has been that the company is dedicated to consistently high quality products and customer satisfaction. They do stand behind their products. The customer service team is quite professional, responsive and anxious to help resolve your issue. I can testify that they do go above and beyond with prompt replacements. Amazing in our modern world!

Excellent customer service. I emailed about a problem I had with my order one evening and included a photo. The next morning the issue was resolved and taken care of. Great products and great service.

Incredibly happy and satisfied with Boll & Branch. Their customer service representatives went above and beyond in helping me with my issue. They wasted no time in providing me a more than satisfactory resolution.
I reached out to Boll & Branch about a small tear in a quilt that I noticed, I was unsure if this was covered under their terms and conditions. I was honest with them and sent a picture of the tear I discovered. They promptly offered to replace my quilt set at no cost to me, and even said I don't have to send my defective quilt back in.
I will be telling everyone how satisfied I am, and will only be buying their product from now on.

The customer service experience I had with Boll & Branch was outstanding. The products are fantastic, but I'm even more impressed with the customer service. I will definitely be a customer again and will recommend the company to anyone!

I purchased a set of linen sheets 6 years ago. I had an issue with 1 of the sheets, but did not report it. My bad. Six years later I commented on a site regarding the issue with the sheet, and lol and behold, Boll and Branch reached out to me and replaced the sheet for no charge! Who does that after 6 years?? Thank you Boll and Branch. Great customer service! So appreciated.

These sheets have a good idea behind them ecologically; however, these sheets wrinkle like crazy and are not soft to the touch at all! Down right SCRATCHY to the skin. Very unhappy. Won't buy again. (I did notify the company and they felt that my order must have been 'faulty.' "Faulty"....really?! They were kind enough to send out another pair....sadly....exactly the same quality!) No more for me. Thank you.

First I find it interesting that I cannot write a review on their site. I purchased their signature sheets and extra pillowcases. I washed the pillowcases first to see how they would do in the wash. Unfortunately I did not find that these sheets kept their soft silky feel after washing. I also found them to be very wrinkled when I pulled them out even though I did not let them sit in the dryer. My mother had the same problem. I returned the sheets but had to keep the pillowcases because they had been washed. I was very disappointed in these sheets after all the hype.

My question was quickly answered and the product arrived the next day

I recently had an issue with a product and it was addressed right away and I could not be more appreciative. I love their products!

I wanted to update this review after talking to the Boll & Branch customer service team, who might honestly be the best customer service I've ever come across. They helped me select a different blanket since the Waffle Blanket did not work for my lifestyle. They encouraged me to look at the Dream Bed Blanket which pulls less than the Waffle and so far I've been having a really great experience with it. It seems to be a lot sturdier. This brand is legit!

I'll preface this by saying that I actually think that Boll & Branch is a great brand and super reputable. But for years I saved up in hopes of enjoying the luxury of these sheets and I feel like there were pros and cons.

Specifically, I purchased the Waffle Bed Blanket for summer and the Signature Starter Bundle.

Pros:
- The sheets are super soft and do remind me of hotel sheets.
- The waffle blanket is honestly the perfect Spring/Summer weight and it's so pretty. I really like the look of it.
Cons:
- I have the King sheets and I truly cannot figure out how to get them to not wrinkle. Like so wrinkly. I've tried even washing/drying the fitted sheet and flat sheets separately and they are just wrinkly...forever.
- The waffle blanket pulls SO easily. If you have kids or wear jewelry to bed or anything that can get hooked on, it pulls. There are little pieces of thread poking out everywhere. We've only had it a couple of months and it's just disappointing how expensive it is and is already looking worn.

Just one person's opinion!! But I would say wrinkles and thread pulling beware.

I placed an order with Boll & Branch it was delivered in less than a week! Upon opening the package I notice one of my items had a slight flaw. I took a picture of and contacted customer service. Elizabeth immediately responded and they sent out a replacement blanket. I have ordered from B&B before and will continue to do so in the future! Their product is so soft and comfortable. The quality is excellent and their customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend you treat yourself!

I received a down comforter that had an odor. The return process was very easy. I was contacted by email from company when the return was received.
Kaitlyn was gracious and helpful. They refunded my money and are sending me an alternative comforter to try. They are sending it free of charge. I call that GREAT customer service.

I will not buy another sheet from another company not just because they are awesome sheets, but because they stand behind their products. In addition, they listen to their customers. I had an issue, they empowered their representatives to take care of the issue and went above and beyond to make it right. I am blown away by this company. Their products are worth every penny.

Loved the color of these sheets and price wasn’t bad at all. But after washing them - they felt thin. Also the pillowcases were not fitting our king size pillows. Does it seem silly to look at your bed made and think it’s silly to be concerned with pillows sticking out of the case?? Yes, probably. But I’m weird like that.
Great customer service though even after submitting a return request. Quickly resolved the issue and even shipped them back.
Will I try them again? Yes.

I failed to include a PROMO CODE to get a $30.00 discount on my sheet set order. I received a survey about my purchase, and I indicated that I missed the PROMO CODE. Boll and Branch actually reached put to me because of my comment and applied the $30.00 discount to my order. Thst's what I call "Above and Beyond" customer service. And, by the way, we LOVE our sheets. THANKS!!!
