The delivery system is inefficient
The delivery system is inefficient, I can't understand why it's impossible to cancel an order 2 hours after placing one for an item that's stocked. Rather than being able to cancel the order, the product had to be sent to your nearest post office and then sent back to your warehouse?
Totally Inefficient!

Delivery with wrong color
The ordered sofa was delivered with wrong color! I contacted customer service & got feedback that they had to order a new one with the correct color, which will be delivered in another 3-4 wks. And they'll pick up the wrong sofa at the same time. The unpacked sofa with wrong color takes the space of my living room, which makes it very inconvenient for our everyday life. Bad experience.

Unfortunately one of Bolia.com's managers intentionally swindled me out of 50 NOK. I have asked him politely for this back several times and he has chosen to ignore my correspondence. It really affects my perception of Bolia as a brand and is very disappointing.
